Outstanding!! Mr Goldstien and his colleagues were excellent to work with. I worked mostly with Viki, she was excellent always available or would get back to me very quickly. Between Mark, Viki and Jamie my issue was resolved exactly how I hoped it would be. Everything went smoothly and quickly as an issues popped up along the way. Again the entire team was great . Special thanks to Viki who was always there for me.. and Mr. Goldstein who was so easy to talk to and than give excellent advice. I would definitely recommend this law Team if you need this type of service.

When your back is against the wall during a very difficult time in your life as you go through a divorce that you did not want, you don’t just need expert help but also a team that cares about you vice just your wallet. I recently had the need for legal advice and representation in a family matter. I selected Goldstein Law and worked with Jamie Latsko and Viki. The Goldstein Law Group is one of the best law firms around, period. Very, very professional and very communicative throughout my ten month ordeal. Dealing with the NJ Motor Vehicle organization can be a nightmare. Craig and Viki were knowledgable, understanding, empathetic and very communicative throughout the entire process. Also very persuasive in having me diligently follow up with the NJ MVC so that we could get the most favorable outcome. And, YES THEY DID IT ! I would highly encourage using them to help you. I hired this law firm in my divorce case with the expectation of receiving professional and efficient legal services, but my experience has been far from satisfactory. I was represented by three different attorneys throughout my case due to what seemed like a lack of resources, leading to inconsistencies and a lack of continuity in my case. i believe this resulted in duplicate billing and charges for tasks that seemed unnecessary.Additionally, I was billed for tasks that I believe could have been performed by paralegals or lower-cost personnel, significantly inflating the overall cost. I also had to do a lot of the leg work myself, questioning the need for some of the services.I felt underrepresented at critical hearings, and there was a lack of expertise evidenced by "legal research" charges and numerous required revisions to critical filings. Despite multiple requests, there was a lack of transparency and fluctuating retainer replenishments, making it difficult for me to understand the costs involved.I would not recommend this firm if you're looking for transparent, efficient, and expert legal services.

Words can't adequately express my absolute disgust with the services we received. The amount of errors, lies, and gaslighting was appalling. Kim: It's not the curse of settlement that angers your clients; it's the lies and mistakes you make along the way leading to unfavorable results.

I am normally not big on writing reviews, but after the excellent, professional representation I had by this firm I felt that it was important to credit their team. Unfortunately I was in a car accident that required a court hearing. I was honestly, scared , nervous and had never been in this situation before. Once I spoke to Mark Goldstein I immediately felt at ease and comfortable. His team kept me up to date on all of the hearing information and stood by my side throughout the entire process.Goldstein Law closed the case with a very favorable outcome and I am forever grateful. Trust me, if you are in need of a great Law Group, this is the firm to speak with.

On Saturday, January 20, 2022, I call the office of Goldstein Law Group at 1:00 pm expecting to get a recording to call back during regular business hours. This was not the case with this firm. Mr. Mark Goldstein answered the call. He and his family were on a short vacation. Yes, he answered the call while on vacation. What other company does that? None that I can think of. I asked him if he would handle an estate of a deceased individual. This was the beginning of a most positive experience for me. There was never anything that I had to ask this firm to get done. Everything was always taken care of. Assisting Mark Goldstein, Esq., was also Kimberly Pelkey Sdeo, Esq. and Esther Brenner a Paralegal. There are so many positive comments that can be made about this firm, that I will sum it up in one word. GREAT

ords cannot express how wonderful Mrs. Galante is. Mrs. Galante was our family court lawyer and she represented my family in the process of adopting my step son who is now legally my son. She was very detailed and efficient in making sure the process for my wife and I went well. She is highly professional and her team provided us with exceptional service. When my daughters and I began working with the Goldstein law firm I couldn’t have anticipated the strong partnership that developed as a result of working with Kim, Mark and Esther. We truly worked as a team, and genuinely felt our legal staff had our best interest in mind at every step of the way.We were forced to share some very personal details about our case for the purpose of our legal defense, and both Kim and Mark handled those details with sensitivity and compassion. There were moments I realized they understood our situation as well as we did, without having lived through the events. They earned our trust throughout our work together.Kim shined during depositions. I’ve never needed a lawyer before but I hired Lisa Steirman Harvey from Goldstein Law Group and I must say best decision I could of done, her work was very remarkable. I was going through a tough separation with the mother of my kids (we were not married) but the whole process went basically like a regular divorce but I was so pleased with the resolution of the hard work Lisa and her assistant Viki did for me saving me a great deal without having to go to trial on the partition issue of my property, very profesional very polite, just what you need during tough times, people who will fight for your rights and try to get to the best outcome for their clients.

I had a marathon of a divorce matter involving a QDRO that was extremely convoluted and involved a LOT of back and forth with the other side of the proceeding. From Mr. Goldstein to the lawyers and the legal assistant working on my behalf, they were extremely thorough, professional and tenacious on my behalf and always kept the lines of communication open.
