“I just sent an extra $100 at the drive through and Katie caught it. This is the best bank. I pulled my business accounts from TD 8 years ago and never looked back. Now I do all my banking @ Manasquan. If you're thinking about pulling your bank account from one of the big banks and not sure because you think you need to have a national chain, you don't, You are gonna be so happy with this little bank and wonder why you didn't do it years ago. They are just better. TD Bank could join forces with Wells with the money in the world They still would never have the honesty integrity and personal touch you get here. JUST DO IT!”
“I have been a member for years. They are always willing to help with amazing products and customer service. I have had 8 auto loans with them. I ran into financial problems caused by covid. Had to purchase a used car. I was getting interest rates 20 to 25%. United Telech found a program and gave me the loan at 7.5%. I was always a customer but now I am a life long customer. True banking with a credit union that treats you like a person and listens your not just number.”
“Excellent customer service is the reason I still use OceanFirst even though I don’t live full time in NJ. It’s been several years since I’ve been in NJ and I was shocked by the consolidation of full service branches. Other than that OceanFirst is a terrific, local feel, bank. They’ve really improved their online banking which is another reason I continue to use them.”

Laura helped us with the process of switching banks, and has been just as helpful (along with the rest of the staff) when we experienced a hacking issue. The staff at the Point Pleasant branch knows their customers by name, and the service they provide is outstanding. We also like how the bank invests in the community-not many banks do that anymore.
