Amazing grooming and bakery for dogs. I've been coming here for about 2 years now and they never disappoint. Dana always does an amazing job! She listens to our requests and concerns, and does great. My dog is always happy around her and the staff! Bonus, he always comes home with a cute new bow tie or bandana. Highly recommend!

If i can give zero stars i would. Person greeted at door greets us with “which dog is even yours” then goes to say i need to wait for groomer
Groomer comes spends 1 second with my dog and says she cannot do it and leaves store. Clearly she has other things to do. Terrible service.

She is super efficient with her time and I always appreciate her getting Max in and out in a timely manner all while doing an excellent job! She really cares about my baby! The staff is also wonderful and I love the attention they give to each pet. ?I cannot recommend Monica enough!!! ?♥️?

Quick and easy duclaw trim for my boy! The tech was sweet and took good care of him and did exactly as I asked! Well-kept store with pretty decent inventory. Healthy food and unique, good quality apparel! Plenty of parking. We’ll be back!

I’ve been waiting for the day we were no longer a client to write this review. A few months ago my senior Shih Tzu was being groomed by a different groomer (her regular groomer, Jillian - who we love and adore, was not available on that day). I was not fond of this sub-groomer from the start, as she wears way too much body spray, considering she’s working on pets, and she’s rude, unprofessional, aloof, and not friendly at all. There was an incident with that groomer where a sebaceous cyst opened and bled while my dog was being groomed. These things happen, and no one’s to blame. I was called to pick up my dog right away, which was fine. Upon arriving to pickup my dog, I was brought into the grooming area so I could see my dog bleeding. I was unsure at which stage the groomer was at - halfway done, all done? She scolded me when I questioned is she even done, or am I leaving with a half groomed dog at full charge? When I tell you it was minor bleeding, I’m not joking. She obviously disturbed the cyst with the shaver, and I’m sure that was not intentional. She told me to take my dog to the vet. For what? So they can charge me to wash it? Don’t make comments about things you know nothing about. Before we even left, she stopped bleeding, but the petty groomer refused to continue working on her and accused me of telling her she didn’t complete her job. I mean, seriously? She had already called the owner and grooming manager and gave them an exaggerated story of what happened because she’s a drama queen. The cyst was smaller than a dime. Matters did not get any better for me when I spoke about the incident with the owner. Instead of apologizing about the groomer’s behavior and hearing me out, he defended her poor behavior, did not give me an opportunity to speak, and made me feel like I was a bad dog mom. Let’s not forget how the second time I brought my dog to this grooming shop back around 2018, the then groomer snipped this same dog’s ear, and I was only notified when I came to pick her up at the end. What, there was no blood at that time? Dogs never bleed when you’re trimming their nails? SMDH. And now I was told they can no longer work on my dog because she’s a senior and it takes two of them to groom her. I bathe her at home, so all they do is shave and trim all 14 pounds of her. I do and do not understand their logic. And the only reason I continued going there after the cyst incident was because we loved our regular groomer. I now know I will not be bringing any future pets to this location unless there is a change in management. And i certainly do not need the owner to respond to this review in the same manner he responds to other reviews. SMDH.

Bought my dog a birthday cake, and it made him sick! I should’ve known when I noticed the cake was so hard and dry, had a hard time cutting it with a sharp knife… now my baby has bad diarrhea and really bad farts, he didn’t eat for a day after eating the cake, everything there looks so good bad this cake was just really bad for my dog

This was our first time there with our brand new puppy and what a wonderful experience. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Luanne groomed our pup and did such an amazing job. A close friend recommended the place and spoke very highly of everyone. She was completely right. We will definitely be back.

I’ve been going to woof gang bakery for years. I use to go Westfield NJ one but they closed so I went to the one in Bridgewater, NJ. However, they prohibited me from ever going back after one of their employees cancelled my appt just because I did not reply back to get the hour earlier she wanted but I didn’t want it because it wouldn’t work. So in a world of common sense you keep the original time if the person didn’t accept that other time after having an appt booked. I was told I was rude but it’s not the first time it’s happened and I kept quiet. Then when I was there to pick up my pup, they said my appt was for another day (9/29) yet on the phone call she was booking it for that actual day. I mean, if it was originally booked for the 29th, why would you tell me there was no point but that they could get me on the 29th or even Saturday the 30th? I’m glad I won’t be going there anymore, it’s out of my way but my main thing is, I got no understanding at all. They lied and protected each other. But it’s okay, karma is a B. Good luck!
