“Love to shop here anytime, great variety and colorful collection make me go again and again. I found the beach wear/summer wear at flexible/reasonable prices after checking in multiple other stores. Even the accessories here are beautiful. Left a star because of two things. One, after two washes the cloth is becoming like dried leafy vegetables and dull and two, they are selling kinder joy at billing counter which they are charging $5, actual price is not even $2 at grocery stores. Kids obviously do tantrums for chocolates at billing counters and they are making it cash.”
“Came in looking for 3 specific items I had found online to wear for an important event on short notice, thinking I’d be lucky to leave with even one of them. Maria was so incredibly helpful and found everything I was looking for. She had to go look in the back but she came out with the skirt in my size! “I loved Express because it was my go to for 00 Short and XXS petite, but even now that they no longer sell my size, Greg and Wendy at the Bridgewater location always go above and beyond to make every store experience as seamless as possible, even going as far as helping with matters that are beyond their retail scope. I never leave the store upset, even when I can’t find exactly what I need. That is the epitome of excellent customer service and can only hope every location offers the same level of satisfaction. Your diligent work NEVER goes unnoticed!”

“Fantastic customer experience at this store (12.30.24). I received a gift that didn't fit quite right. I tried on several wireless bras (very supportive) and ended up not only exchanging the two I came to replace, but I purchased an additional style as well as a couple of pair of panties. I LOVE Soma's bras and was forever a customer about 6-7 years ago. I tried their panties for the first time, after a conversation with them women at this location, and so far, I'll be coming back for them in the future as well. They appear to wash well, cover everything you want them to, and fit true to size.”
“This store has been updated and now gives off the modern clothing store vibe. It feels much more different and updated with the latest trends for clothing and shopping experience. There isn't too much variety as the store scale is small, but still high quality clothing found here.”
“I needed an outfit for my mom’s funeral. I meandered around Macys for over an hour not being able to find anything that I thought was appropriate. Walked into WHBM in Bridgewater, NJ and explained my situation. They asked me what size I was and the sales associate picked out a whole bunch of clothes for me. I got lucky w the first outfit. She even helped me with accessories. I was super pleased and would go back there again!!!”

“I would love to celebrate Tyler who was the first to greet me and was able to help me purchase the exact type of jeans I came in looking for. Tyler provided excellent customer service by going the extra mile to understand the exact fit of jeans I was looking for. They were very knowledgeable about the store inventory as well as the intended fit of each style. I want to thank Tyler for being so patient and informative by listening to my fit concerns and letting me know what my American Eagle options were. Historically jean shopping can be very frustrating but Tyler elevated my experience with their kindness and friendliness. I've learned so much more about AE jean sizing because of them. “This store isn't my style, but I went in their for the holiday for gifts for my family. The staff was so incredibly nice especially the woman with the tortoise shell glasses she must have been the store manager. It was extremely busy but a young guy helped me along with the woman I mentioned and it was an excellent experience. I definitely will be back and I'm in retail as well I think they set an amazing example and raised the bar with their customer service skills and great attitudes!”
“My daughter and I recently visited Arie, and our experience was five stars! We were assisted by Amy, who happened to be the manager. My daughter found a pair of pants she liked, but they were too long. Amy informed us that the same pants were available in a shorter option that could be shipped to our home, as my daughter was eager to have the longer ones.
Additionally, Amy signed her up for the rewards program, which saved her an extra 15% since she was paying out of pocket. Every dollar counts, right? The other employees also seemed happy and welcoming, indicating a positive morale within the store, which in turn translates into excellent customer service. The establishment was spotless as well.

“Visited the store today after seeing a bunch of Facebook ads for this company. I tried on the shorts and I have to admit they are some of the best athletic shorts I have ever worn. The price tag was a bit high but I was told about their program, you join and you get a really crazy deal, 2 for $24 shorts and everything else 70% off. I signed up and will definitely be returning. Customer service was excellent at this location, was given recommendations and was even offered to have them order different styles/colors for me that weren't available in store for me.”
