Elizabeth was the worst. Not friendly at all. Basically gave me a horrible attitude because of an item I opened but put back together. I didn’t even touch the item since it was still in its plastic and she told me that I did. She threw my bag in my face afterwards. I will be getting in touch with her higher ups. You don’t need to treat customers in such a nasty way. Definitely racist.

I've never written a Google Review before, but that's changed now after my experience yesterday at the Bridgewater Windsor. I came to go dress shopping with my boyfriend for my dress for formal. When my boyfriend got near the dressing room area (because he was patiently waiting on the line for me), one of the workers was extremely rude to him. She spoke to him in a dismissive tone and spoke rudely to my boyfriend. I informed the cashier on my way out, but I wanted to leave a review because yesterday's shopping experience left us feeling extremely disrespected and upset. I understand that shop's have certain procedures regarding men near the fitting rooms, but she blatantly dismissed him and did not bother informing us of any procedures. In addition to this, my boyfriend and I were the only Asian individuals there; none of the other customers were treated in such a disrespectful, rude way. I've been to Windsor dozens of times in different NJ locations; I've never had a bad experience until yesterday's horrible treatment.

I don’t often write a review, but the manager Liz honestly was the most helpful associate I have worked. She deserves this review!Liz assisted us and went the extra mile to get dresses for my daughters quinceanera. She was beyond friendly and knows her merchandise. She helped my daughter and her friends select the perfect dresses. Liz, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING! Can’t wait till the big party :)

Liz was amazing!! The store was about to close and she still let my girlfriend try on 6 dresses and helped pick them out. Definitely the best Windsor experience I have had and she gave us the smoothest check out :)
