Love the selection of candles and how lovely the spring colors are coordinated.

This is one of the best Bath & Body Works I've shopped at. The clerks are nice and knowledgeable about their products. I often get a gift for my lady friends here (massage lotions, oils, scented candles, etc.)

This location is always very organized and usually has every item I want in stock. The displays are easily accessible, especially during their sales. I highly recommend visiting during weekdays as it usually isn't too busy.

Great candle shop, which is part of Bath & Body Works, offering a large variety of different scents for anytime of the year. The candles burn well and the scents always fill a room. Our favorite scents that we purchase are Vanilla Bean and the Caramel Drizzle scents. They often have sales for their products. Tip: adjoin their email list for coupons and at times even coupons for free gifts.

Wide selection of candles, soaps, lotions, body sprays, and room sprays. Many different senses, Smells rotate according to seasons. They have large semi annual sales, prices are great. They have coupons and % off sales. Great store

The customer service I receive in this store is second to none. Each time I am shopping the associates are engaging & helpful. Mainly shop for candles which are the best scented candles & I stock up during the many great sale events they run. Highly encourage people to shop this location!!

Candles smell good, but burn quickly. Very overpriced and staff is awkward. I know, I know - they're supposed to ask if anyone helped (I get it), but does anyone feel weird saying 'um, you just got done telling me 10 minutes worth of specials I didn't ask for, about 2 seconds ago? Which I guess equals help?' Then spent $17 on one medium sized candle, which was apparently after the "discount". Am I missing something here?

Went the other day to get gifts for friends. I'm a dude and have never been here before let alone know the difference between creams and lotions. The sales associate Michele was so bubbly and kind. She really made the whole process so easy and painless. She was knowledgeable about the products and had great recommendations. She helped us get the best deal possible and was able to get the cashier (who was also very friendly) to honor a coupon that expired the day before. Definitely would be back!

2 Stars for convenience of location and the fact a White Barn Candle is attached to this location. My biggest issue with this location, and the one at Hadley Center in South Plainfield, are the pushy employees. We all know you're doing your job but hovering when we shop is annoying. Being overly fake happy or enthusiastic is also annoying. Explaining your "specials" which are the same ones over and over (buy 2 get 1 free, buy 3 get 2 free, and sometimes the buy 3 get 3 free) and the handsoap bundling dale, the candle offers. Most people shopping here have been shopping here for years. Many of us like to come in and walk through to smell everything and look around. Pouncing on customers the second their front foot steps into your store is annoying and off putting and this company had a really bad habit of doing it. Also I have witnessed an employee forcefully tell an elderly customer that she HAS to give a phone number or email address to "continue" to get coupons. She repeatedly told the customer this and I was so offended that I told the manager on duty that day. The sales associate was abrasive and aggressive, why? Not every customer wants to give this info out. Many of us get enough mail and calls etc and some customers are from different generations and they may not have a smart phone or use email. It's important to remember that your customers pay your salaries and keep the lights on in your store. I bet more people would leave with a purchase if they didn't feel harassed when they entered the shop.

Absolutely Furious. Came to the mall only to go to Bath & Body Works in order to get my husband hand sanitizer and hand soap his favorite thing. Being a mother of 4 I had to bring my children in their stroller. Only to arrive and realize the store display cases are too close and we were unable to fit through. When I mentioned this to the woman who works there she told me oh sorry that was her only plan. That is a very poorly set up store and the staff was rude. I felt I was discriminated against as a mother. How is it possible the store is unable to fit a stroller does that mean also a wheelchair can't fit in. Very very disappointed

This is by far the best Bath & Body Works around. The staff are extremely helpful. There isn't one time where they don't greet you after walking into the store. The store is super clean. The staff are always there and answer pretty much all questions. They are quick to help you find what you need. This bath & body works also has a huge white barn next door so you can see all the beautiful candles as well. This is an amazing store!
