Thomas the tow technician was absolutely phenomenal with his service. He took his time to make sure my car was ok and towed the vehicle to my house. My car is relatively old and has had its ups and downs and I have dealt with numerous tow companies in the past but Thomas was truly exceptional. He really does care about his customers and ensures the utmost safety. 10/10 would recommend Value Towing for all your towing needs.

My class B van broke down in oneida NY. Yesterday after 6 hours of dealing with roadside services we were finally matched up with Value towing. We had a long day of sitting in the sun waiting. Needless to say patience was on reserve. We were very pleased to be greeted by David our tow operator for the next hour. Dave was extremely courteous and just a very kind human being. He made us feel as though we mattered to him and his company. I would recommend Value towing very highly! Especially Dave he left us in great spirits despite our long day. Thank you Dave. Tom &Vickie

Great service!! I called and had a great young gentleman at my door in 30 minutes. He handled my truck with care and was knowledgeable with the vehicle even a hidden release for the transmission ( it was locked in park) They are saved in my phone!Service: Car towing

Chuck is my go to guy at Value Towing. My HOA does a subpar job at snow plowing so of course I was stuck pulling into my development after work. When you’ve had a long day at work, that’s the last thing you need happening to you. But Chuck showed up within a couple of mins and got me out. He was even able to help me get into my parking spot. All the while getting snowed on. Value Towing truly has the kindest and most professional guys out there.
