I'm being honest, but my husband works for UPS in BB, but UPS clerks who work at the Customer Counter are the best of the best when it comes to customer service. Most people don't or don't want to understand that the clerk on the other side counter does care.A big shout out to John L. at UPS Customer counter!

Driver delivers a damaged box, ADMITS on my home security camera it was damaged. drops contents of the box from the truck to my door, UPS said it was my fault for ordering the package. They are correct, it’s my fault fur using UPS! Never again. Attached photo is how the box was delivered!I don’t have social media. @UPS

Didn’t know o needed to sign so they didn’t leave it , call outta work the next day to wait for delivery all morning . They never knocked just left a note saying they missed me and the text chat help lady sucked and said I have to wait for an email . Terrible shipping

I go to this location to drop off packages that I want to send. I could go to many other places to do the same thing, like the UPS store, but I prefer to come to this location because the people here are so nice, helpful, and always offering to do more for me.

I wish I could zero stars for this UPS experience. The package is lost and UPS is blaming the local post office. Local post office said they didn’t receive it. Tracking details are pending with UPS. So disappointed in the current UPS system, automated phone system, and attitudes. Can UPS not do a better job?
