The employee helped wrap a fairly heavy barbell and took it for shipping. Very nice and helpful.

When given a choice, I always choose FedEx, even at increased cost. UPS has delivered to the wrong address, delivered damaged goods inside clearly mishandled boxes, claimed an attempted delivery requiring a signature when I was home all day, promised (but never made) return phone calls to address delivery issues, and told me I'd be charged to change delivery to a UPS Store when they failed to make proper delivery to my home. And their automated phone customer service is obviously designed to keep you from speaking with a human, while the bot you talk to offers no viable aid. Aside from all that, they're just peachy keen.

Ups facility is upkeep. Good job handling directions to the customer center which is across the street.

Two staff (driver? Maybe) crossed the NJ-28 in the heavy traffic around 9 am. I have to take a sudden brake to prevent any accidents. The employer has to implement safer transportation for the employees and reinforce the safety policy and education. Otherwise, UPS should pay for the loss of life.

This place is a joke. Package expected November 24, never came. I called they said it will be delayed one day. Never came. I am still waiting.

This places preload is a joke of a operation with poor decision making and the management being too cheep & greedy to make any of the required changes in order to actually fix problems instead of just playing a petty blame game.

The parking lot where most of these UPS employees park is absolutely DISGUSTING. Cans, bottles, masks, gloves, you name it! Looks like a completely trashed area. I have already contacted EPA and taken pictures of the trash and litter all over the place. If they treat their place of work this way can you imagine the lack of care for your packages. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.

Worst service ever. They are leaving notes at the door of the apartment first floor and I live on 2nd. Notes say they missed me. Never calling never ringing and at the same time you can never reach them on the phone.Needed my laptop the day I was waiting to get from UPS and they absolutely don't care .Worst customer service
