Your driver LADO is terrific. He is very conscientious and never leaves my packages in the parking lot of my apartment building for someone to steal like many UPS drivers do. He always knocks on the locked main door. If I'm not there he brings it to a safe location. He's a keeper!

The employee helped wrap a fairly heavy barbell and took it for shipping. Very nice and helpful.

Ups facility is upkeep. Good job handling directions to the customer center which is across the street.
