My experience is always great here! I get fast, immediate help as I come a few times during the Spring and Summer seasons. Great prices, great service. To Janaki Ram Vure, I saw you there that day. You have nerve giving one star. You were terrible to the staff....demanded the crew stayed open late and even tried to pay them off!!! You were rude with very unreasonable expectations. Have some respect for the busy business hours they work all year round.

I had a confusion on my quote and I accepted the blame and did 5 rounds to pi k each pallet on a rental truck...I have seen all sort of laughing behind...rude answers...this is the only nearest one to my home,so I am optionless but some courtesy and respect would be minimum.

I ordered gravel for my driveway from Bridgewater Stone Center and repeatedly told them that my driveway was narrow and that I required a rolling dump. I did this at the time I placed the order and the next day when I called them back. I paid them in full and the driver showed up today. He had no problem backing the truck all the way to the back of the driveway. He then refused to do the rolling dump. He said that he was afraid he would damage the house or scratch the tru

I called this business to order gravel for my driveway. I explained to the individual who took the order that I had a narrow driveway and that I needed a rolling drop. (Where the truck tips the dump truck and drives down the driveway while the stone tumbles out. This is done to get the stone down the driveway so raking it out is easier). I think I repeated this requirement about four times both at the time that I placed the order and the next day when I called back to pay them. I specifically asked them if they believed they had a truck that could fit. They said it would be no problem and I paid them in full. When their dump truck arrived they had no problem backing up all the way to the back of the driveway. However the driver refused to do the rolling dump. He explained that his truck was expensive and that he would not be responsible if he hit the house and didn't want to scratch the truck. When I complained they told me to call the office. I did that while he was still there. They straight out told me that they don't ever do a rolling dump. I asked them why they agree to it if that was the policy. They repeatedly said that they NEVER did that and I must not have told them that. I KNOW that I did. This was a critical aspect of the delivery for me and I only agreed to the order after they assured me that they could do it. We get gravel delivered to our stone driveway about once every five years and none of their competitors every complained about doing this. I don't begrudge them the right to determine their own policies but do NOT tell me that you will do what I ask, show up and then refuse. Clearly the intent was to take the order, disregard the customer's requirements and expect that they won't complain so you can make more money. I refused delivery. I do not yet know if I will get my money back but I have opened up a complaint with the credit card company and hope that will be successful. What makes me most angry is them telling me that I did not ask for the rolling dump when I know that I did repeatedly. It was the first thing I asked and if I thought they wouldn't do it I would have found someone else. Which is why I refused the delivery. Stone Center - you should deliver what YOU PROMISE.

We ordered some rocks from them and asked specifically to drop them in a certain area of our driveway and in spite marking the area with a cone the driver dropped 4 yards of rocks in the middle of our driveway blocking my daughters car in and every other vehicle in our driveway was unable to drive up or down the driveway. We called the stone center and spoke with Neil who stated that nothing could be done, that they are not responsible for what driver did.... So basically too bad, Neil suggested also we just drive on our grass even though he has no idea what cars we drove or how our driveway looked! Not helpful at all.... Driver also terrible in following directions Go somewhere else or be home when they come or they don't care where they drop anything

Great service - worked with Bobby to have 6 tons of stone shipped out of state. It took about four weeks from my first contact to The Stone Center to the stone arriving at my door. Thank you - it looks great at our home here in Florida. Thanks again.

BEWARE!I have never been to this company and they charged my credit card $459.67. I have left this branch at least four voicemails and I have called them 10+ times since 4/17/2021 in order to figure out how they got my card information. When I was able to speak with someone they said that they couldn't help, but would "redirect" my call to someone who could. The three times that happened, my call was disconnected. Eventually they stopped picking up all together. I have never purchased from here, but after this experience, I will NEVER even consider them because their customer service is horrible. My credit card company is also investigating.25May2021 Update: No one from the company has contacted me or called me back despite four or five voicemails. My credit card company also never heard back so they credited me back the money.

Frankly I am tired of businesses using Covid as an excuse to standardize on sub par service. Its not like they are charging less either.. This may sound "insensitive" but 1 yr from now there will still be companies in the US still using covid as their immunity to not delivering the service they had once held in high regard. This company stops picking up the phone at around 3:30 - 3:45pm. They close at 4pm. These are the types of folks that run this place. No sense of duty or professionalism. Am I wrong? Okay, then how am I suppose to interpret this? Maybe landscapers don't call after 3pm? Again, first impressions and perception is a powerful message and by cutting your workday short by not picking up business calls at 3:30pm and letting the vm tell customers your CLOSED is petty at best and unprofessional at worst. We shall see how this plays out. Sick of being charged more for decreasing customer service and overall service levels.
