We took our Cavapoo for a year. Things were going okay until today. I missed an appointment as she called my husband’s phone to remind and left a message. He had to go to India since we had a death in the family and so I did not receive the reminder in time. I called her up to inform. She was very rude and not even willing to listen to anything except her self and what is not acceptable and to her. I am paying her to do the work and not the other way round . So no idea why the attitude and rudeness. I will not take my business there any more.

Sonia is great with my little guy. I had to look for a new groomer and she was local and close. I have driven past her place so many times before and always wanted to call but just never took the plunge. I happened to get get her information from posting on Nextdoor asking if anyone knew a good groomer. Quite a few people said to try SPAW. Long story short...easy to book, cute set-up, great customer service and I will definitely be going back. Oh and I referred a friend that has a pup that is somewhat aggressive. She was some how able to help her with her pup and all has been well on his initial visit.

Mrs. Sonia's lack of professionalism, she does not accept that one has anything to do with her former employees, she wants to have exclusivity. Very bad and the service is not very good, you have to use a little more common sense. Be very careful when you go, you don't have to name anyone in total silence.

Unfortunately, I didn't pay too much attention to the bad reviews because I saw many positive reviews. However, now I think those positive reviews are fake. So keep this in mind and avoid this place.My groomer moved to a new city, so unfortunately, I desperately found this place. Sonia is the owner, and she is very kind when you are scheduling the appointment. However, once you are there, she treats the dog as if she is not used to dealing with dogs. She was so scared to take my dog, which is a small schnauzer.She told me that it would cost $65 for the haircut and that she was not willing to accept cards, so for me, that was okay. Once I went to pick up my dog, I noticed that my dog was desperate to get out of that place. Anyway, Sonia told me that the cost was $95 because she did some extras without asking me before and changing the cost at the last minute.Once I arrived home, I started to notice irregular cuts in my dog (I attached some photos). Also, my dog was in a bad mood for three days. I think it was because it was a terrible experience for him. Sonia yells at the employees, and everybody is running around the place. I think she hires unprofessional youths to groom dogs.The last thing she told me was that she put Toby in a separate place (which I never saw) to separate him from other dogs. So, I think she is unprofessional in dealing with dogs because any dog should not be with other dogs without supervision. She put all the dogs in the same place before and after the grooming, which is not acceptable.Finally, you cannot see where she does the grooming or where she places the dogs. You only see a desktop. So, take care of your dogs, and try to avoid this place. In my case, I will return to a big box chain where I can see my dog all the time.

We have been taking our mini Goldendoodle to Spaw Grooming for 5 years now and she is so happy there. She has a lot of anxiety and Zonnia is one of the few people she will run to happily. Having this breed is hard and requires regular maintenance because they mat easily. We agreed on every 4 weeks and ever since, we have had no problems. My dog always comes back excited and happy.

We have been going to Spaw Grooming and Sonja for 5 years with our Goldendoodle. She is not an easy breed to care for and mats easily. We go every 4 weeks and she is so happy there. She takes care of our dog and it really is the only place she will go without being scared.Thank you, Sonja!

If you’re looking for someone to groom your dog then this is the place for you! The staff is amazing polite and very pet friendly as they should be. Their prices are very fair. I’ve taken my pup here multiple times and every time it’s such a pleasant experience. Whenever I leave my pup I leave knowing and feeling she is in good hands. Always a pleasant experience when I get back and see my pup nicely groomed and smelling fresh! Keep up the great work guys!
