If you get towed by this company then you are in a hell of big trouble. Their modus operandi is to hold your car as much as they can to collect storage fee. They have the worst customer service and not to mention nobody calling you back whenever you need anything from them. Our car got sent to Copart with my plate and told me that I have to call Copart for my plate. I was told the plate will stay in the lot and will just be pulled lo and behold. The worst towing company. Just run and refuse this company.

Horrible place, they send all calls to 3rd parties unless it is an active tow needed in the area. Will hold your car hostage. If they did not have a police account, this place would be shut down. illegal car hostage practices.

This is the worst towing company is America!! They hold your car hostage to collect storage fees. They have a “dispatcher” that doesn’t give you any info about your car saying the other department will call you back just to give you the go around. There is no other department, it’s all a scam. They want to delay you getting the car out. Not to mention they charge unnecessary fees but you have no choice but to pay to get your vehicle out. This place needs to be shutdown ASAP. Everyone who has had their vehicle towed needs to complain and get them shut down. Only reason they are around is because they have a police account. Even the police say this place is horrible and a scam. Bunch of crooks

DO NOT KEEP YOUR CAR THERE!!!! They will rack up storage fees and won’t respond to your calls. Had a car crash on the highway and they towed it to their yard. I wanted to pick it up the same day but they said it had to go through a process of being checked. Don’t be fooled by them and take the car the same day and bring to somewhere reputable.

They towed our trailer and tried to to keep as long as they could so they can rack up the storage charges. After paying for towing we asked for invoice and receipt. No responce. Shady!!

Unfortunately had the displeasure of my vehicle towed by them to their lot following an accident.Three days of my car being hostage, having the police even confirm this place is corrupt and known to keep cars hostage, having to flood their “dispatch” with calls every thirty minutes minimum , going to their office in person, sending multiple times my insurance roadside towing and having them each time make excuses to the tow person or outright refusing to release my car after I paid $670 (for a five mile tow, and three days of holding my car). Most corrupt business I've ever dealt with.

Awesome service. I broke down on 78 in my old pickup truck and they responded quickly. Had a tow truck picking me up within 10-15 minutes of calling!!! Niraj was professional and comforting. He used softeners to prevent any rubbing or damage from the winch cable. Michelle was great dealing with over the phone. Highly recommended!

phenomenal service. my fiancée and i broke down at 1AM on a friday night, and after waiting over 3 hours for AAA, we called this place. someone arrived to help us within half an hour. incredible staff and customer service. i would recommend this company to anyone. thanks again for coming out to help us frankie, enjoy those cookies.

BBB Accredited Businesses must pay a fee for accreditation review/monitoring and for support of BBB services to the public. RUN this is a horrible company, bringing charges against them. NJ state police have no right using a slimy, illegitimate company. Out car was impounded Friday it is now Thursday of the following week and they still have not called back, Drove out there and there are seven people standing around doing nothing

Car was impounded on a Friday, it is now Tuesday and all they keep saying is be patient. Not only have they forced me to lose wages they took where I sleep and don’t care. I will not pay for more than one day since I have phone calls proof I have been trying since Saturday. I have contacted the BBB

This place is complete scam! They will held people car hostage and won’t let them get access to their car for several weeks so they can rack up storage fees and charged you thousand of dollars. I called several times a day. My insurance call several time a day. Multiple voicemails left. I went there in person three times and they said my insurance need to call them and nothing I could do. I had my insurance on the phone with me while I was there in person!!!! I call the Bridgewater Police department and they said “oh yeah Somerset hill towing are crooks. Several lawsuit has been filed an against them. Many complaints.” These people are the worst type of human being and anyone who work here should be ashamed of themselves. I wonder how you all even sleep at night.

I had a rough night last night since I went to pick up my motorcycle from my friend's house... and 15 min into my ride home it started leaking oil all over the place. 1st towing company cancelled on me after accepting the job. Somerset Hills Towing came to my rescue and got to me in less than 20 min from my initial call. The driver knew how to work with motorcycles and safely and properly transported my Harley to a local repair shop near my home. Couldn't thank them enough.Service: Motorcycle towing
