Terrible customer service experience! The employee working today at 5:00 PM was extremely rude and unwelcoming. When I pointed it out, he told me to Google the store complaint number, threatened to call security, and mentioned that his shift was about to end. I was planning to purchase multiple items, but I won’t be coming back after this.

Saw a review from a year ago and this store still has only one person working the shift. Alex (most pleasant associate) working today was very helpful and managed customers very well. Not sure how much hours she had been working however was calm and helped me and another customer at the same time. She needs help with the store and hopefully she gets it soon.Store has a lot of options to choose from.

Prices are as usual. Associates are so nice and willing to help, and give you the best price you can get. Even if they are so overwhelmed. I really appreciate what I've bought and thanks to them.

Recently returned a pair of slippers here that I had ordered online. They had an ugly pattern on them which wasn’t visible in the pictures. There were maybe 1 or 2 other customers in the store and it took awhile to get waited on as only 1 person appeared to be working. He could not do a return and had to ask the manager. The manager was about as unfriendly as someone could be and was being overly difficult with the return. I gave the original order number, which should have been sufficient. He had to know the date of the order, see the original order confirmation (all I could find is the shipment confirmation), check the price, and card I used to pay. I ended up having to open the order in the Sketchers app. Then he gave me a lecture about needing to be able to show the email with the order, which I did not appreciate at all. If it is so important, Sketchers needs to provide it with the shipment. I don’t recommend shopping here if you need to do a return and this experience does not make me want to shop Sketchers anytime soon.

wish they had told us when we first asked about a shoe that they didn't carry sizes over 12 and limited at that... instead of wasting our time looking for something that would fit

Worst Return Policy I Ever Experienced in USAt the Sketcher in Commons Mall on 4/1/2023, I tried to return a water proof shoes that started leaking water the second day I ware it. The shoes were purchased 6 days before from a different Sketcher store in NJ.The casher named Andy told me that their policy can not let him return the shoes for me. He said he can not return the shoes because I wear it already. He can only return the shoes that is not wared and can be sold again.The water proof sign was printed on the shoes. Their website said 100% satisfaction guarantee. It also said the retail store purchase could be returned to any other retail store.I will give it a 0 star if I can.

The bridge water Skechers has only one salesperson for foot traffic of a mall. We waited almost 30mins to be assisted and still the sales guy in the store was using foul language and treated as if it was a privilege to be serviced when asked if we could get a pair to try onBeen to many other Skechers but this place was horrible
