I was recently in the Bloomingdales Bridgewater location and was very fortunate to cross paths with the BEST salesperson EVER! She was in the Theory department but was so helpful to me in choosing two Ted Baker dresses. Her name is Nitsa...and I highly suggest you seek her help. Had it not been for her, I would have never found the dresses she suggested.

Kinga and Barbara over in the beauty and fragrance departments are amazing. They always find the perfect products for my needs and are very patient with someone as picky as me. Left with two lovely new fragrances and two lipsticks today. Will seek them out again and again every time I pop in.

I shop at Bridgewater all the time. Why is Bloomingdales the only store that opens at 11am during the week. This is very inconvenient. They need to open when the entire mall opens. Not happy with this.

I just visited this Bloomingdales to pick up an order. I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life. The two women at the counter for returns on September 7 at around 4:00 PM were extremely condescending. I felt publicly humiliated. I asked them if I could pickup my curbside order from in the store. Instead of simply explaining that the product was not yet in the store, they made me feel like an idiot for even considering I could do such a thing. I assumed the product was downstairs in beauty and I could pick it up early. They were rude, unhelpful, and bitchy. I will not be returning to this location again. Worst experience.

The worst store ever. Store associates are useless and don't care to help you. I actually bought my purchases online just so these terrible salespeople don't get any commission-- if they are commissioned at all. It's just the point. Yuck.

Made a return today and tried on some Adidas sneakers. I thought I needed a bigger size than the ones I already have but decided to keep my current pair. Great customer service in-store as always. I have to say also, during the pandemic, Bloomingdales never wavered on the quality of customer service provided over the phone for online orders. And unlike some other clothing retailers, they are still carrying quality merchandise and sales have been good! I like shopping online now, but I tend to return in person. I'll be back for sure.

What a lovely shopping experience I had here the other day. It was quite sparce of customers but then again, it was a Wednesday. I was looking for some shorts I had been eying up for awhile and was pleasantly greeted by a lady who asked if I needed any help. She led me to a changing room and circled back to see how I was doing, but I needed a size larger, which she promptly retrieved for me. We walked back to where the shorts were and I asked for her opinion on either the pink or baby blue Joe's Jean's and she was super friendly. Actually, we even ended up chatting about life in general for awhile. She rang me up and got my Bloomingdale's account updated and the shorts were on sale! Bonus! I believe her name is Patty, so whoever reads these and if you're her boss, please praise her for her attentiveness and amazing customer service. These days, a majority of retail employees are miserable and indifferent. Thank you, Patty and Bloomingdales for going above and beyond. I will be back for more!
