As the executor of my parent's estates, I ended up with the task of selling the house they built in Bridgewater in 1968 and lived in until their deaths. Like many old folks, they stopped taking good care of the property some years ago. Johanna and Sandy made a great team; Johanna had a lot of conviction we could list and sell the house for $100k more than 2 other experienced brokers estimated (we sold it at less than a 3% discount to list price) and Sandy helped me get the house ready to list by bringing in a great handyman, an electrical firm to help us close an open permit, a well water inspector, and several contractors to repair or replace a number of things that were not working properly. As much as we did, the buyer's inspectors identified a lot of other things that had to be remediated or replaced; it turned out the house needed a lot of more work than we had thought. Sandy coordinated half a dozen licensed contractors and was at the property almost every day for 3 weeks to make sure we got all the work done to satisfy the buyer and stay within our tight timeframe for closing. She remained calm, practical and organized, and she spoke to me almost daily. She did all of that with an eye on expense but with an erring sense of integrity. I was 350 miles away and did not visit the property once from day it was listed until it closed. If you are responsible for an estate sale of an old home that needs a good bit of work done to be salable, I highly recommend the Johanna-Sandra team. I have engaged a dozen real estate agents over the years in four different states on both the buy and sell sides and I can honestly say even the best of them could not have done what they did on my behalf. They provided value way above and beyond their commission.

We were in a bind. We needed to rapidly sell a property in Bridgewater for estate purposes . I called Johanna Wiseman. She called me back in five minutes and kindly walked me through the whole sales process. The following week, we met with Johanna and her partner, Sandra O’Keefe. They spent a lot of time carefully going through the property and explaining what we needed to do to move the property quickly. They provided us with a host of valuable resources to quickly empty and prepare the house for sale and even interfaced with the movers when we were unable. Much to our relief, the house sold for much more than we had anticipated in less than a week. We were grateful and very pleased with the level of knowledge and professionalism they brought to bear on the sale of the house. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

I can't say enough about how appreciative we are of the amazing job Johanna and Sandy did in selling our home. They're a great team that check all of the boxes. Their years of experience really paid off in understanding the market. They came up with a fair value for our home and it sold quickly. They had professional photos taken of the house and with our house on a hill, they use a drone to really capture the best representation of the house. They have a great network of professionals to cover every aspect of the sale, which we needed. They held our hand through every step and it definitely paid off. If you're selling your house you need to call them. I couldn't imagine selling my home with anyone else. 100% satisfied!!

We were not even looking to relocate yet but when we stumbled upon our dream home, we needed to act quick in this crazy market and they were exceptional in every way! We had a flawless closing for both houses and they helped us manage the multiple offers we received for our old home - all over the Winter holidays!! I hope to never move again but if we do, I will absolutely work with them again!
