Safavieh has the most beautiful, elegant, and exquisite furniture. They are long lasting and so beautiful to look at and admire in your home. I get compliments on all my pieces and it gives you a sense of luxury. I highly recommend them to all my friends.

First time to visit the shop but it is the last also. The sales person showed me a chess table priced close $3000, after I told her I need a round entry table. Apparently what she showed me was the most expensive small table in the shop. I liked a dinning table on the second floor. I asked her whether I could just buy the table and what the price would be. She said she needed to check and then left me there for good 15 mins before I asked her again. She blatantly said she forgot to ask for me… I did found several nice prices of furniture but I was disappointed by the sales person. The regular-priced furniture there is overpriced and sales team is not professional.

Went in for their liquidation sale, and while they have some nice pieces, everything is EXTREMELY overpriced. Even the sale and clearance prices are ridiculously marked up, and if they are truly selling them at or below cost, then they got ripped off. What tipped me off immediately was a glass vase with discolored resin and a single fake flower for the whopping SALE price of over $100. Anyone could make that with $10 of supplies in 5 minutes, so where do you get off charging that price? There were also several pieces of broken furniture with pieces laying around it for hundreds of dollars. Save your money and go to IKEA or something. Really disappointing.

Went in looking for furniture for our new apartment. Was warmly greeted and directed to the section I was looking for. Was able to find a beautiful dining room table severely discounted (floor model, no imperfections) which was later delivered to our house a week later. I am so happy with our purchase. I went back and got a small writing desk on sale as well.Normally I would not spend so much money on furniture, but they have a large sale section with good quality items if you take the time to look. I will be back, as I still need a few items.

We went first time to the store . WarmWelcome we got ,associates , designers very helpful. We had madeFew purchases and after coming back realized one set is not going good, I called the store back although it was finalSale . Store manager is very humble , polite and helpful we went overboard to let me return the item. My another order was delayed and again the staff was very very helpful to answere any questions and helped me with delivery as wellVery very good staff and collection is amazing

Jeff was wonderful to work with! He was attentive, detail oriented and really took the time to listen to what we wanted and offered his professional advice. We will definitely be coming in the future for more home furnishing. Beautiful store with high end quality.
