Evaristo is the best! He was incredibly helpful with my request. I also really appreciate Vanaya as well. I am being a customer with PNC, especially with this terrific Bridgewater Commons branch location.

I really don't understand anyone leaving a review of h less than 5 stars for this branch. I have been a customer at this location for almost 20 years and EVERYONE there has treated me fairly and courteously, with a smile and a laugh every time I've come in. I actually look forward to coming into this branch to see my friends. Theur customer service is top notch. Shout outs to Suchi, Vinaya, Tameia, Kathy, Beth, Ernesto and everyone else at this branch!

As a financial institution with minimal hours on the weekend you should open at a min your drive thru for earlier hours. A 10am start really is just ridiculous at this point. Not customer centric in convenience. You look to be all about your overhead and cutting labor cost at your brick and mortar locations instead servicing your customers. Time to consider other options in banking.

I have had multiple, poor experiences here. A handful of the staff have very poor customer service skills that make the whole branch look bad. One Indian lady and an older blonde woman. Neither are experienced in handling customers issues or needs properly. I consider myself very patient, but they like to really test me here.

Wonderful bank. I've had a lot of problems with banks before but everyone here is extremely nice, always helpful, and available. The best experience I've gotten with ANY bank.

Yes I went to the Prince Rodgers Bridgewater NJ branch to cash my company's payroll check that was drawn off there bank and was told I have to pay $10 to cash it. So I than asked to speak to a manager which I informed her that the check was a little amount and that I'm counting on every penny and asked if she could waive the fee. She replied back very rudely that she could not. This is highway robbery at it's finest. The check was drawn off there bank! This really is just unbelievable and hands down the worst customer service.

Corporate should look into this location. This is the closest for me, but I rarely ever go to it. Painfully slow drive through. I think this PNC is good because it is a training center on how to offer the Customer Service that customer come to rely on at PNC. Slow, inattentive, absent minded, paper pushers who will cop an attitude if you don't don't cash your check within a few days of receiving it.
