A young lady who was the manager was fantastic, took all of two minutes to correct the problem. She was fantastic,as for the cashier a quick course in customer relations would not hurt.”

“I love independent pet stores! They had so many unique pet treats and freshly made biscuits. Also, they carry my dog's favorite brand of toy, Tuffy! Sadly we are on a budget and can't buy everything. The winner of the day is that we found an excellent quality 4 pair of dog booties! It's SO hard to fit these correctly with online shops...but I brought my little dog in and we were able to try them on right in the store! They were on clearance so it was a STEAL (in the clearance area)! Shoutout to the guy at the front, he helped me fit those booties and gave my dog tons of treats!”
