My first ever charm bracelet purchase was so magical!! Before, I had never considered ever getting one, that is until my girlfriend brought me in. The associates were immensely kind and very doting on me; patient when I took a good amount of time to choose, and informative when I had a question.Thank y'all!! Much love from Texas ☺️

Hands down one of my worst pandora experiences. I think the associates forget that providing good customer service comes with the job. Instead I receive rude service and what seemed like an unwillingness to help me even though I did exactly what they said to do. On Friday December 22,2023 I placed an in store pick up order for a present. It showed that it was in stock and would be available for pick up within a few hours (but definitely the same day) . I get to the mall and end up wandering around it for hours waiting for my order to be ready just to eventually call them and for them to tell me that all orders placed that day were going to be ready the following day. An inconvenience? Yes but it was okay. I expressed to them that I probably wouldn't be able to pick it up the next day, as I don't live close to the mall and only chose in store pick up because I knew I would be there that specific day. I asked if I could change the person on file to pick it up and the associate told me they were "too busy" to change it at the moment but to call in the morning and explain the situation to the manager. Fine.cool. The next day I received an email that my order was ready for pickup and went ahead and called the store like I was told. I spoke to whoever answered the phone and once again explained the situation just to be told "they were too busy" to change the pickup name and that if I couldn't come pick it up it would be refunded by a certain day. At this point I'm livid because I spent the money already with the store, so for them to be unwilling to help me was crazy. I've worked in retail as well and I know it gets hectic around this time of the year, but that was unacceptable. I ended up having to contact customer support through an online chat there so they could do it for me. I'm very displeased with this service and if pandora keeps telling PAYING customers that they're too busy, I don't imagine customers coming in much longer. DO BETTER BRIDGWATER COMMONS

I visited the store on Friday 11/24 with the intention of purchasing several charms but was extremely disappointed with the associate who "helped" me. She was rude, condescending, not helpful, definitely did not want to be working, very short and not accommodating.

Right, so let’s go ahead and close the store on a Thursday randomly, great idea staff of Pandora at Bridgewater Mall. I purchased an engraved necklace Tuesday. Due to my job, I was unable to pick up my order until FRIDAY, the last day to pick up. After zooming to the mall and trying to get there before they closed, I see the glass doors are closed with a piece of paper that says “We are currently closed, and will reopen tomorrow, sorry for the inconvenience”. So now on a day when the store should be open, at 6:30PM, it’s CLOSED. Now the necklace I bought is now purchased by someone else because what do you know, they only had it here at Bridgewater. So now I’m completely screwed by this stores incompetent staff that think it’s acceptable to close a store midday of the week. Truly disgusting work ethic by this terrible store.

They closed the store around 5:15 (Sunday 7/23) despite having customers (two others) like me who were interested to get in. I even came by a few minutes later but they spoke from the desk far away - while I understood they said they were closed already, they weren't bothered that I couldn't hear them through the glass door 20 feet away (they didn't consider coming to the door to say why they may have closed early).Their Google listing and their website says they close at 6p on Sundays.

I came in to exchange my bracelet because it kept opening on me for no reason (I purchase my bracelet last year when it first came out) they weren’t able to help me till i found the receipt that I was supposed to have from a year ago. They finally were able to exchange the bracelet after I found the receipt and being given a hard time.

I had a bad experience at the store. Timka has to be more professional! She was rubbing my husband’s shoulder while I was looking for some bracelets. She was also being flirtatious with him and I felt disrespected. Also, She didn’t want to sell me the bracelet, I wanted because she said they broke before and they will break again and I believe, I’m the one who have to chose what I want. I’m the customer!!! She was so unprofessional!!!!

Seriously Pandora Jewelry you need to pay attention to the salespeople you have at this store because they’re not doing you a favor.Knowing that this state is very diverse with a lot of influence of immigrants, how come I can still perceive treats and comments insinuating racism and exclusion?I don’t live in that state thank God, but since the moment I stepped into this store and the look I received from the woman behind the desk, I could sense the experience wasn’t going to be good. Indeed, even my niece 12 years old could notice it.I never asked for discounts, I never asked for offers, I never asked for cheap stuff… still that was all I heard. Three times I had to ask for what I was looking for there and still they tried to sell me the cheap stuff.This is ridiculous!You guys should stop assuming things based on a race, skin tone, and stupid things like that...I didn’t even ask for prices cause I knew this wasn’t a store like Cartier and even so.

Helpful salesperson. Gave me tips about my bracelet and gave it a much needed cleaning. Considering the store is small, I didn't feel rushed. Try to go early if you're getting a gift for any major holiday. Otherwise you'll need to stand in line outside. That's at any location.

This is a store like no other. You will receive top quality service from each associate, who listens to you, and works diligently to meet to customers expectations. There are so many items to choose from and they will guide and assist you in your charm journey. I would be remissed if I did not mention, Store Manager Timika, Assistant Manager Allie, Sales Lead Olivia, and Sales Associates Nancy and Maggie.I recently brought my friend here, who shopped at Pandora in malls located in Woodbridge and Edison. She was very disappointed in their service. Once she entered this location, she said, 'I'm home. This is my new home store.'This is my HOME STORE and once you visit, I hope it will be yours too!

Phenomenal customer service. You would think buying charms would be carefree and easy, When in fact it's a really difficult decision because chances are you are buying a gift and you want to get it right. Pandora bracelet and charms are an excellent gift for any age. There are countless charms with new ones constantly being introduced. My recommendation to you is when you see your charm that you like buy it because chances are if you like it someone else does and it will sell out or retire. No let me talk about the team here at this Pandora. Let's start with Ari. Such a pleasant soul, very accommodating, so sweet, so knowledgeable, and her patience is amazing. For helping me I watch Ari help another client and it was just a wonderful thing to say. And then there is Timika (I hope I spelled that right). When you meet her you can see why Ari is so good. Yes Timika is the manager of this location but she was more than that. It was as if I was talking to my best friend who was making recommendations telling me what I should buy and why I should buy it. I wasn't able to leave with every single charm I wanted this is now my store of choice and I will be back monthly to pick up a charm which is my way of treating myself. Take everything I said about Ari and multiply it times 10 and that is Timika. Thank you ladies for a great experience I am so pleased with my selections.
