I visited this store on Wednesday to buy items; while the clothing is lovely, the staff is awful. I wanted to first try on a few of my chosen outfits. I waited in the dressing room for a while hoping someone would open it for me, but all they did was walk right by and ignore me. A female who was supposed to be the manager then came by and, in a foul mood, she opened one of the changing rooms for me. Second, I was the only person in line who was prepared to pay . Two employees and the manager were in the front. After waiting for ten minutes, they finally turned around and saw my angry face. Up until that point, I became irate and told them that I was prepared to pay but that the manager had provided very poor service and was otherwise acting in an unprofessional manner.

The women at the counter threatened my 13 year old daughter and her friend. Disgusting customer service! This is what this store stands for!

Lots of sales today,the store was very busy and they have a lot of selection. We always found what we are looking for . Great customer service.

I am at a loss of words with my experience at this store. My girlfriend and I were shopping and she had wanted to try on a couple tops. There were at least 6 employees in the store. I believe I counted approximately 8 employees. I had been standing in the back of the store by the changing rooms so I could ask if one of the employees could open one of them for my girlfriend. I had made direct eye contact with 3 of the employees to try and get them to come over, but they were all just talking to each other and goofing off. Then one of them had walked over towards me so I said “excuse me” to her to try and get her attention and she completely ignored me and walked directly past me. At that point I was upset by the lack of response I received. My girlfriend and I waited about 15 minutes in total by the changing rooms until someone finally opened a room for us. I am at a loss of words from my experience at this store, and i will never go here again.

I used the fitting room since there was a sign saying they were sanitized after every use (due to COVID). Not true, as I watched an employee welcome another customer into the one that I literally just stepped out of. Which made me uncomfortable because it probably wasn't cleaned for me either.I also had a small issue with a manager during an exchange attempt a few weeks prior. She did not offer me any sympathy or alternatives to my situation. I figured this is at a notable point, just wishing it was a bit better and friendlier of a shopping experience :/
