UPDATE August 2024: the car continues to be a mess and service just keeps saying updates are the reason, yet the same issues persist every update. Making things worse- they can’t figure out how to pick me up or bring my car to me after servicing, even though I was assured it wouldn’t be a problem. They don’t even bother contacting me to keep me updated. Terrible car and now terrible customer service.
Original: Sales and finance were fine, though the high cost of maintenance was glossed over as I finalized my lease (compare to BMW who includes 3 years of maintenance). My low rating is largely due to service. The brand new GLC 300 has constant tech problems (check engine light, seats freezing, cameras flashing, false speed warnings) and the service area has no idea why and says they never find these things in the car’s log and they can’t duplicate the issues. Ok great. Very helpful. Every 2-3 weeks I have an issue that they have no solution for.
