I needed a suit. I wanted it to be fashionable and I wanted it to fit. Pretty basic, right? I tried the usual places that have worked for me in the past: Men's Wearhouse and Macy's. Total fail. My salesperson at MW didn't have any idea about tailoring or accessories and was wearing bad-fitting clothes himself, and Macy's not only didn't do tailoring but didn't have any salespeople whatsoever. It was like being in a ghost town.
I stopped at Jos A Bank (in the same shopping center as Wegmans) and it was a different world. I was helped by two salespeople, Rosa and Jay (more about Jay in a minute) who were both so helpful it's hard to describe. I basically said "make me look as good as you can" and they helped me pick out the perfect suit, shirts, and really cool ties. They spent tons of time with me. Tailoring was done in house, took a week, and when I tried the pants they were a little too short so Jay re-did them on the spot.
I had previously told my son that Men's Wearhouse had totally changed, and that there was nobody there like the guy who helped us in 2019 when we last bought suits. We used to go there and say "make me look good" and the salespeople were excellent: fashionable and helpful and cool. Turns out, Jay from Jos A Banks was the person who helped me at Men's Wearhouse in 2019! Jos A Banks, you made a good call hiring Jay. He's the best. If you're not an experienced suit shopper, you'll have tons of confidence once he helps you. Thanks for the great service!”

“If I could give Qualeek 10 stars in this review I would. When I entered the store this past weekend, I needed help with a return and he was able to help me quickly and efficiently. Most of the time, returns take a while to process but Qualeek knew exactly what to do. He had wonderful customer service skills and was very attentive to my concerns / questions. He also gave me recommendations and let me know about the rewards program. I signed up and I am so glad I did. I will continue to come back to Express Bridgewater because of Qualeek, he excels at helping customers.”

“Love to shop here anytime, great variety and colorful collection make me go again and again. I found the beach wear/summer wear at flexible/reasonable prices after checking in multiple other stores. Even the accessories here are beautiful. Left a star because of two things. One, after two washes the cloth is becoming like dried leafy vegetables and dull and two, they are selling kinder joy at billing counter which they are charging $5, actual price is not even $2 at grocery stores. Kids obviously do tantrums for chocolates at billing counters and they are making it cash.”
“I would love to celebrate Tyler who was the first to greet me and was able to help me purchase the exact type of jeans I came in looking for. Tyler provided excellent customer service by going the extra mile to understand the exact fit of jeans I was looking for. They were very knowledgeable about the store inventory as well as the intended fit of each style. I want to thank Tyler for being so patient and informative by listening to my fit concerns and letting me know what my American Eagle options were. Historically jean shopping can be very frustrating but Tyler elevated my experience with their kindness and friendliness. I've learned so much more about AE jean sizing because of them. “This store has been updated and now gives off the modern clothing store vibe. It feels much more different and updated with the latest trends for clothing and shopping experience. There isn't too much variety as the store scale is small, but still high quality clothing found here.”

“Visited the store today after seeing a bunch of Facebook ads for this company. I tried on the shorts and I have to admit they are some of the best athletic shorts I have ever worn. The price tag was a bit high but I was told about their program, you join and you get a really crazy deal, 2 for $24 shorts and everything else 70% off. I signed up and will definitely be returning. Customer service was excellent at this location, was given recommendations and was even offered to have them order different styles/colors for me that weren't available in store for me.”
“This store isn't my style, but I went in their for the holiday for gifts for my family. The staff was so incredibly nice especially the woman with the tortoise shell glasses she must have been the store manager. It was extremely busy but a young guy helped me along with the woman I mentioned and it was an excellent experience. I definitely will be back and I'm in retail as well I think they set an amazing example and raised the bar with their customer service skills and great attitudes!”

“I never leave this store empty-handed - it's hard not to! Granted, you will "pay for what you get" but I've always been complimented on the occasions that I do wear clothing I've purchased from there. Great labels and high quality materials.
The owner, Salvador is very knowledgeable about the brands he carries and others which he does not but he never hesitates to make a suggestion outside of his on-hand labels and inventory.
I just want to note that the "newer" location is up-to-date on Google. He's located in the Bridgewater Commons Mall on the main level near the entrance to Bloomingdale's.”

Glad I came back as well as employer Jay assisting on his amicableness as well as reassuring me to take my time and always being available to me instead of pushing me nor making me uncomfortable while shopping!Loved my experience in there along with having Jay as my help.
