Lovesac will play games with you if they don't ship out everything properly. It's not the workers faults they are following protocol. But after spending thousands lovesac needs to stand by their product and not just leave it in fedexs hands. And why am I shipping my stuff back just for you to send me my stuff back again?

I bought the most expensive couch with the surround system built in the stealth system. Unfortunately it is the biggest piece of junk I’ve ever witnessed it continually disconnects in which case I have to undo all of the couch pillows and flip it over and then get to the subwoofer to repair it this happens constantly And is an extreme inconvenience. The other frustrating thing is the actual app itself is garbage. It does not work well constantly have to be repaired. It’s just a very very bad overall system and it’s not cheap. I would highly recommend not purchasing the surroundsound system!

If I could give zero stars I would. Beyond disappointed with my experience at this "love"sac because there was no love. I felt extremely unwelcome and the employees were surprisingly rude and disrespectful to my friends and I. We took one step into this store and immediately the employee yelled at us to leave the store. My friends and I were looking for a new sac but we were forced to take our business else where. This outrageous experience made me sick to my stomach. I WILL NOT return to any LoveSac in the future.

Helpful staff and a 60% off sale!! Once you understand how the pieces are sold, you can design your configurations. Yes, it's pricey, the sale made it less so.

The experience could not have been more smooth! Had a minor issue with a cushion, but Amanda D rectified the issue quickly and provided the means to replace the cushion! My wife and I love the couch and we get compliments whenever we have people over! Highly recommend, worth the money!!!

Great little store selling an AMAZING product. Dealt with 2 sales associates and a manager during my visits there while buying my 2 SACTIONALS and received excellent service from all. Shout out to my main salesperson, Gabriel, who walked us through the design process and commanded both excellent knowledge of the product and a firm command of salesmanship while he juggled multiple customers at once without making any of us feel ignored. It’s a busy little store, so I’d advise making an appointment. Can’t wait for my SACTIONALS to arrive in 1-3 weeks!

Walked in and ordered what I wanted and 10 minutes later I was done. Simple and easy I already knew what I needed because I have there couch set. And I have the outside set to I lust needed to get more wicker pieces to make my couch bigger for outside

I been a customer for a number of years. There have been some issues with this order but the customer service has been amazing. Response time and keeping me in the loop! And of course my Lovesac couch is as comfortable as the first time I put it together correctly. Lol!
