I just had the best experience at Lexus Bridgewater. Everything thing in there was pleasant and right. Everyone was cheerful and friendly, especially my sales consultant Justin Patel I would like to thank him very much for such a wonderful experience. He was very honest, straightforward, professional, knowledgeable and nice even after buying my vehicle he walked me out to congratulate me, made sure I’m happy with my buy and even asked me if I have a charger for my phone and brought me one.
Also, gave me a Lexus stuffed toy for my dog, he is an amazing person?
Also, I’d like to thank Joel the finance manager. She was very friendly, and professional walked me through all the details and kindly explained all options and made sure I understood all the details.
I highly recommend to come to this dealer, one of a kind especially these time. Thanks !

I recently purchased a Lexus RZ from Lexus of Bridgewater, and the experience was exceptional, thanks to Reniel Muñoz. He was incredibly polite, patient, and honest throughout the entire process. I had my reservations about buying a new car, but Reniel’s kindness and professionalism made all the difference. He took the time to answer all of my questions, never pressured me, and genuinely wanted to ensure I was making the right decision for myself. I can honestly say I wouldn’t have gone through with the purchase if it weren’t for him. I highly recommend Reniel Muñoz if you're looking for an excellent car-buying experience! Joelle did an awesome job of helping us through the leasing process, she stayed and worked late to ensure we left with the vehicle we wanted for the price we wanted. Awesome team!

Rich Tullo was our sales professional at Lexus of Bridgewater. We live in Florida and we spend several months in New jersey for the summer. We came to Lexus of bridgewater simply to find out about the Lexus EV options. Rich informed us of all of our options in detail allowing us to test drive. No pressure only information! We loved the vehicle but more so Rich made it so easy to make the decision to buy our new car. He explained all the bells and whistles of our new Lexus including pros and cons. He gave us the best price as we had time to price shop before we finalized our plan. He even followed up with us 2 days later after we purchased our car to make sure we were happy.

This is my 5th Lexus, and my first time at the Bridgewater dealer. I will never go anywhere else for now on. I would like to thank Justin Patel for such a wonderful experience. He listened to all my concerns about safety, comfort and convenience. He is the nicest, coolest guy I have ever dealt with. From walking in the dealer on day 1, all the way to picking up my plates weeks later, every single interaction was pleasant. In fact everyone at Bridgewater Lexus went up and beyond to make me happy. I REALLY love my truck!!! Thank you again.

Great service and wonderful staff members! My service advisor Shana Sarcona takes care of everything. I just got my car back from the 30000 mile checkup and it drives like a new car. It sounds funny but I look forward to my service appointments.

It was very pleasant, staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Person who was helping me was Barry Dworkin who took his time to explain about the different vehicles, features and advantages. He also presented with several financing options and worked out the best deal as well as taking his time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend Lexus of Bridgewater as well as Mr. Dworkin as a place where the customer is treated to the greatest experience.Mr. Dworkin treated me not just as customer but as a member of his family

Today 8/22/24 I had the pleasure to meet Issac. 1) I want to give my thank you for allowing to meet with my father and I @2 even though I said I was going to come at 11AM. As I come into the dealer, already Issac came with a positive smile on his face waiting for me. Truly cares about his customers and had tremendous patience with us. Never left us not even for more than 5 minutes. Kept checking up on us, checking on the car. To whoever is reading this, Issac is your guy.
