Great customer service everyone was so polite. Cleaned my car when they were done. Waiting area is nice and there is a small children area to try and keep the little ones occupied. I can't really comment on there prices because everyone is there for different reasons & cars. I would definitely recommend LEXUS OF BRIDGEWATER.

Bridgewater Lexus never disappoints. Very attentive. They treat me and my 2015 ES Hybrid as though it was a new car. Shaina is the best.

We had a great experience! Alex Yanes was absolutely amazing! He provided us with the best car buying experience of our lives by far. He had immediate warmth, and he understand exactly what we needed for our family. You could easily tell that he is a great guy, and would go out of his way to deliver the best possible experience for his clients. He didn't push us in any direction and had insightful and in depth answers for all of our questions. He was always honest with us, and gave us legitimate answers as to what would be the best car for our needs. He was also extremly patient with us throughout the process and made everything as simple and straight forward as possible. He always goes above and beyond, and was in constant communication with us. He made our experience one we'll never forget, and we highly highly recommend working with Alex if you are considering a Lexus!!! In our opinion he deserves a promition! Thanks so much Alex!

Experience was awesome as usual. My Service Advisor, Joel Mercado, was superb. Joel helps me to understand the issues and implications so that I can decide how to proceed and also helps me understand what I should be looking out for. During this visit, I expressed to Joel that I know I will be in the market soon. We discussed the type of car I was considering (currently have an ES and was thinking about an NX). Joel having a great understanding of my driving habits (long distance driving) explained the differences in the type of vehicles that would be best suited for my needs and arranged an NX as a loaner. This experience is what keeps me coming back to Bridgewater Lexus.Service: General repairs

Don't ever go to them for any type of services. They told me I needed new brakes this was before covid. I let them talk me into replacing my brakes when I told them I was going to pep boys because their price was high. When covid hits, we barely drove my GX460. Three years later maybe put on 10000 miles. My rear brakes are gone already. I haven't checked my front brakes but I doubt they were changed. I would never go back to them for any types of services again. They are definitely a stealership stay away from them. All they want is your money not trust worthy.

I brought my car in for an oil change for a charge of $700 (outrageous). As I was waiting the advisor came out and said I need new tires. The cost would be $2000 plus an alignment I said I could wait. I had the tires checked at Costco. They said there was enough tread. Eight months later I called Bridgewater Lexus and asked for a price for the best tire. They quoted $1500.00 plus alignment. I guess the difference of $500 was for the advisor. Needless to say I am using Ray Catena. Sad way to treat a customer

Rich and Alexis have been so transparent and helpful in assisting me with my check up services and drop/pick up of the vehicle. I find it difficult to arrange time for me to maintain my car but they made it so easy for me ! Great service !

It’s my second time reviewing my experience with Lexus Bridgewater and I must say that I’m not disappointed. My service representative, Joel Mercardo is WONDERFUL! He’s knowledgeable, personable, and HONEST. He truly goes above and beyond and is communicative about resolving matters with my vehicle. I love coming into Lexus Bridgewater knowing that I will be treated fairly and with respect. If you’re not satisfied with your service representative, I recommend Joel 100%! My experience with this dealership overall has left a positive impression and will certainly continue to do business with them!

The staff and Eddie R. made my purchasing experience go as smoothly as possible. They worked diligently in finding the car with the specs I was looking for and worked with me for a great deal. This is my second car from this dealership and Eddie, and would happily return for a third.

Eddie was great, BUT GO to a different location!!! I recently purchased a car with this location and I must say they are extremely disingenuous! DISINGENUOUS , they are not honest at all. They told me to stop payment on my previous car after a trade in only to end up being stuck with the bill. I feel duped! Go elsewhere !
