Short version: You want excellent service? Go to Jos A Bank in Bridgewater and ask for Jay or Rosa.
I needed a suit. I wanted it to be fashionable and I wanted it to fit. Pretty basic, right? I tried the usual places that have worked for me in the past: Men's Wearhouse and Macy's. Total fail. My salesperson at MW didn't have any idea about tailoring or accessories and was wearing bad-fitting clothes himself, and Macy's not only didn't do tailoring but didn't have any salespeople whatsoever. It was like being in a ghost town.
I stopped at Jos A Bank (in the same shopping center as Wegmans) and it was a different world. I was helped by two salespeople, Rosa and Jay (more about Jay in a minute) who were both so helpful it's hard to describe. I basically said "make me look as good as you can" and they helped me pick out the perfect suit, shirts, and really cool ties. They spent tons of time with me. Tailoring was done in house, took a week, and when I tried the pants they were a little too short so Jay re-did them on the spot.
I had previously told my son that Men's Wearhouse had totally changed, and that there was nobody there like the guy who helped us in 2019 when we last bought suits. We used to go there and say "make me look good" and the salespeople were excellent: fashionable and helpful and cool. Turns out, Jay from Jos A Banks was the person who helped me at Men's Wearhouse in 2019! Jos A Banks, you made a good call hiring Jay. He's the best. If you're not an experienced suit shopper, you'll have tons of confidence once he helps you. Thanks for the great service!

I had a great experience today picking out a suit, shirts tie, etc. Jay was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and took all the time that I needed to make sure I was happy and comfortable. Highly recommended and I will definitely be back to this store!!

I went to the Jos A Banks at Bridgewater on a weekday afternoon. It wasn’t a busy time. The shop was conveniently located, with ample parking, and accessible entrance (it’s on the ground floor). The gentleman who was at the counter was helpful, and had suggestions for fit. I was very satisfied with the experience. I found a few good pieces on clearance even though my size is on the small size — this section has a good selection. Overall excellent shopping experience. I should add that they have tailoring and alteration services available at very reasonable prices. Do visit !

Steve, the sales associate/manager here was incredible! Couldn’t do any more for me. He opened up the suit bag and set up the dressing room for me to try on was attentive with my needs and asks and helped put it back the suit into the bag after I finished changing. Excellent experience here and will be recommending friends and family to keep doing business here.

Went here with my son for his Jr. Prom. The gentleman who helped us was so knowledgeable and really was so stylish himself. He made my son feel at ease and gave him guidance.I would definitely go here again and highly recommend this Jos. A. Bank.
