“To whom it may concern,
My name is Linda Hook. I am writing to inform you about the OUTSTANDING customer service I received from Kay's Store Manager, Angie Santamaria, located in the Bridgewater Mall, NJ. Six months ago I came to Kay's and had the pleasure of meeting Angie. I brought to Kay's a couple of rings left to me by my mother plus my own wedding band. There was a highly sensitive and personal story behind these rings. Angie listened with a compassionate heart. Angie helped me incorporate all the rings and have them made into a ring of my own that I absolutely adore. Angie patiently explained every step of the way to me about getting my ring made. Additionally, Angie told me about Kay's lifetime warranty and appraisal service. I bought both of them. Also in understandable details, Angie explained to me about Kay's monthly payment plan which I am partaking in.
I have worked solely with Angie and there is no one else I would want to work with but her. When I was with Angie, she gave me 100% of her attention. Sometimes Angie would understand what I was trying to say before I said it because she is so insightful. Angie made a situation that started out sad for me (before I came to Kay's) into a very happy ending. Now when I wear my new ring, I smile. Angie Santamaria is much more than a store manager doing her job. Angie is a real person who represents to the highest degree that she CARES about her customers. Kay's Jewelers is incredibly fortunate to have Angie! I am very grateful and thankful to Angie. She is the BEST!”
“This location definitely gets less foot traffic than you’d expect from a Spencer’s - not a lot of other reviews on here. It’s a smaller one but they have some pretty fun inventory and very nice staff.”

Maria was so incredibly helpful and found everything I was looking for. She had to go look in the back but she came out with the skirt in my size! “Roman Jewelers was a fantastic experience! I went in recently and was greeted by Gregg Linsky. She was extremely helpful and took a lot of time to explain everything! Hands down the best jeweler experience I’ve had!”
