I have been working with Janice Petronella and her team for nearly 25 years, and I have consistently found them to be excellent. I have gotten support from them on claims and with numerous other insurance questions whenever I've needed it, and I never fail to reach someone helpful and informative whenever I call the office. I have both auto and homeowner's insurance with them, and recommend them highly.

She is worthless to deal with. Will not help you out. After she gets her money all you will get is her employee's. She will have no time for you. But it's ok for her to take your money on 5 ins policy. Screw her. Worthless. She kick me out of her agency after I called state farm for not doing anything for me.
