Honestly the first mediocre customer service I've experienced at any Jcrew, especially this one. I was a bit taken aback. I've been shopping at this Jcrew for over 10 years. I got a hello from the employee and then had to engage him and ask for help. He told me what ever they have is right there offering no other help or option ending the conversation so I left. Really disappointing. Customer service you would expect in Sears, are they still around?

I purchased 2 pairs of pants online using Paypal app and had to return it due to sizing. The Sales Associate/cashier in shoulder length blonde hair insisted to see my card, i explained to her it was Paypal and linked to my debit card and i was willing to show her my debit card, however, she insisted only the original method of payment. You can tell that she was not properly trained and does not have the initiative to solve problems, or think of other ways to solve problems. Then i left the store and went to J.Crew in Short Hills Mall, the employee in this location was able to help and processed my return without a problem! All i had to show them was my debit card that linked to my Paypal account. I will never go back to J.Crew in Bridgewater.
