I was at the Home Depot returning an item the other day. The customer service lady that waited on me was very friendly and got my refund in no time. Thank you

the woodbridge home depot is definitely the go to place when I need to find something. the associates are very helpful and if they cant find something they will look it up for you. I have never had a problem and I have been going there for years.

I was at your store this morning at 6:30 to purchase your 99 cent poinsettias and was pleasantly surprised at how big and beautiful they were! This location had plenty of staff on hand for help that were both knowledgable and friendly! Thanks again for a great Black Friday shopping experience!

I was extremely annoyed today with my trip to the Home Depot. I needed a door stop. I ran in and found it right away. $2.43 plus tax. Fine, I'll pay cash and be on my way. "Not a Chance" There is one Pro register open with a long line and a long line at the self check out. To make matters worse, only one self checkout accepted cash. So I cursed a whole lot and scanned the F'ing item myself, shoved my credit card in the slot, took the receipt and left. I realize that stores are preparing for Governor Dumbass' $15.00/hr minimum wage by laying off the cashiers but they need to get a customer friendly system, that works efficiently in place first. As always Home Depot hates their customers.

Never will I EVER buy appliances from Home Depot again! Especially Home Depot 400 Promenade BLVD. Bridgewater,NJ. The staff including the management are not helpful. And absolutely rude! Especially AL ( manager) and Martha( works in Appliances). I have been dealing with this company since 5/28/18 when I purchased new appliances. They deliver them to my house which 2 of the appliances were BROKE! I wasted a days of work for someone to come pick the items up! Needless to say th

I am leaving this review for Home Depot in general, not just the Bridgewater store. We ordered a dryer about 2 1/2 weeks ago, and it was scheduled to be delivered today. We haven't been able to do laundry for the past couple weeks and were so looking forward to getting our new dryer today. Yesterday we received a call from Whirlpool that the dryer we ordered is out of stock and won't be delivered until mid September. An hour later we received a call to confirm delivery of the dryer for today. It seems that the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing at Home Depot. I tried to call their customer service line, but was unable to reach a live human being to talk to. I tried their online chat to ask for help, but they just kept feeding me phone numbers that led me nowhere but the same automated choices, with no chance to speak to a human being. It has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever encountered in my life. Finally we called our local store so that we could speak to a live person. Even then, they were unable to make sure we got our dryer on a timely basis. We asked them if they would do the right thing and compensate us for their inability to deliver what they promised by slightly upgrading to another similar model that could be delivered within the week. They were unable to do that. They finally agreed to send us a gift card, but we had to go elsewhere to order a dryer that could be delivered this week. Why did they wait until the day before the scheduled delivery to tell us the dryer was out of stock? Ridiculous - and we had another similarly frustrating experience with them after ordering a fireplace grate that we wanted before Christmas time. We ended up cancelling that order and going elsewhere. We will never order anything from Home Depot again. Their customer service is horrible!!!

This store is always so chaotic. Everyone is always miserable and no one seems to be able to answer a simple question. Horrible customer service from everyone from the cashiers to management. I try to avoid this store whenever possible.

The customer service here is rather poor, somewhat comically so.I asked if they had recycling containers.I was starred at blankly and asked ,what do you want to recycle? I said well municipal recycling.By this point ,there were two people involved and finally one said , we'll have to ask a manager .Ok ,in hindsight this was funny.I left.

Where's my interior door I've been waiting for since December 1? First one arrived late, then delivered damaged in late January and still so sign of replacement door #2. Apparently no one really cares either. I was warned not to order this from Home Depot but I didn't listen so lesson learned. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

Had a terrible experience with the kitchen remodel center at this store. The countertop company they used messed up our order; the damaged the item and it took approximately 8 Weeks before we had countertops. The people at the home depot store were absolutely no help at all due to the outsourcing. When I asked for a discount I was met with hesitation and argument. Buyer beware. Shop around. Terrible.

Went to the Bridgewater store Wednesday evening to order carpet. Knew what I wanted, just needed to set up an order and measurement appointment. There are 3 or possibly 4 workstations and each one was in use. No problem except that after about 15 minutes waiting no one asked if we were being helped or sorry for the wait, we'll be with you as soon as we can. NOT ONE WORD! We left. Decided to go back on Thursday evening. No customers in the carpet department and no sales pe

What I posted to their Facebook page: I might as well start at the beginning- March of this year my oven died and I figured that if I was going to get a new oven, I might as well buy the matching microwave to replace our somewhat broken but still useable one. We went into the Bridgewater, NJ store and the woman who helped us was fantastic. She helped us order the matching Samsung stainless steel appliances and even gave us a small discount. We were really excited. A week later, right before Passover when I was due to have 17 people at my home, the appliances were delivered...but not installed. What?! I paid for this service. They said "we don't do that". Seeing as I was pregnant, I couldn't offer to help my husband as he tried to install a very heavy, over the stove microwave. Despite our anger, one bad incident wasn't enough for us homeowners to stop shopping there Moving forward, in May we went into the same store and worked with Mary Sue in Kitchens. We picked out the most gorgeous white and stainless Martha Stewart cabinets, stainless drawer pulls, and black/white speckled granite. Unfortunately we weren't able to order right away because our baby was due in mid-July and we were worried that by the time our cabinets came in, were installed, and we were waiting for the granite to be cut, our baby would be born. July 4th weekend we went back with Mary Sue to place our order and took advantage of the great sale. Yesterday our cabinets were installed and as the last task, the contractors were to put on the drawer pulls but they were nowhere to be found. We all searched everywhere. I called HD but Mary Sue wasn't in. When she called me back this morning she tells me they were never ordered and that they had to be ordered on the website. 1. Why didn't she tell me that? 2. Who lets customers leave the store after spending THOUSANDS without ordering drawer pulls? 3. We had discussed these pills and I even have her printout with the amount we needed and the price. Her only comment was that she was sorry she overlooked this when we came in to order but ultimately it was our problem. I've already spent a fortune, found my own contractor because yours was 4x the price mine was, and mine did the install in ONE DAY- a huge difference form the 1-2 weeks your contractor would take. Now I'm supposed to spend even more money because the total price I was given didn't include the drawer pulls? Especially when that wasn't my forgetfulness, but your employee's. Finally, my husband 's frustration of the day. He went into your Watchung, NJ store to purchase a faucet that he had found on your site (with the specific note that he could pick-it up in store today and he even confirmed that it was this specific store). He couldn't find the faucet so he asked an employee who said to him "is it on display? If it's not on display we don't have it" even though my husband had seen online that it should be there. The employee never looked and never checked on a computer. Nothing. I'd love to be done with this company for good but first I need my drawer pulls and I'm going to be calling again until this is resolved.

Bought an exterior door in February. "Had" to pay in "full" for the door and installation close to two thousand dollars. One of the locks was broken. It wasn't noticed until after they installed the door. Another one was ordered. It arrived in "April." It's now May. They have yet to come to install it.... compromising my safety. They're paid in full though:-(.

Clarence in electrical is absolutely wonderful. He has helped me several times over the past few weeks in figuring out what light fixtures and electrical outlet covers and dimmers to buy for our remodeling project. He is extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Clarence is great!!
