Terrible customer service from the staff working this Saturday night 11/02/2024 at the Bridgewater/Somerville Circle location. Felt terrible for the way the customer ahead of us was treated by the staff including manager! The manager on duty and cashier were very unprofessional and rude. More than 15 minutes left before 8pm, they blurted out they were closing in 5 minutes as a couple of us walked in. Laughing and mocking the customer who was ahead of after she left upset by their professionalism, right in front of us! Terrible encounter, extremely unprofessional!!!

I borrowed the salesperson to call a friend of mine in Spain. He helps her pick out clothes on video so I can bring it to Spain with me. Awesome job
