We recently moved into a home that the previous owners had converted a bonus room into a quasi theater room. After finishing what they started we needed theater chairs and initially I had looked on Bing and came across a store that seemed okay. I ordered and had the order delayed until the room was ready. Boy am I glad I did. I then was pointed to Roman and Ultimate Home Entertainment rtheaters.com by a member of AVS Forum and I switched over the entire order! The chairs look nicer, have the same features we saw from the other store but included many extras like LED lighting that turns off automatically when you recline. They are also ready for Bass Kickers without the expense of added brackets.His white glove delivery team was top notch! They didn't so much as scuff the walls! Did I mention the best part?Roman saved me a bunch of moola! The chairs have been in for 2 weeks and are perfect!

If any of you are concerned about Roman's integrity, don't be but I respect one might. I did initially too. Now as an owner of 6 chairs plus 2 others based on a referral to Roman, his product's quality is excellent, he stands behind every unit and action always follows his words. Roman has serviced me for 8+ years and can highly recommend engaging him.

purchased 3 Fusion Escape 1019 Home Theater chairs in 2017 for my home theater. Chairs are very supportive and comfortable. I spend about 1500 hours a year in my theater. I now have 2 children who can no longer share a chair due to getting bigger, so I needed just one single chair to add to my theater. Roman let me pick up the new chair within 3 days. I mean who can do that during normal times let alone during a global pandemic. The chairs are amazing. Roman is even better.

We are very happy with our new chairs. Kids do not want to leave the room now :). We replaced our old bond leather chairs and it's a day and night difference. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Roman. Emails are answered in 5-10 minutes even after hours. Highly recommend buying from this company.

After months of researching the perfect home theater chairs we ended up getting the Fusion Jives. After having these chairs for over 2 weeks we are extremely happy with them. I also wanted to thank Roman for all his help. They're very comfortable, look top notch, and can accommodate everyone from my kids to my nephews who are over 6 feet. We got them in top-grain leather. The cup holders and tray tables are well-made and look great as well. We were also limited in width so we went with these chairs over others in the Fusion collection. Again, we couldn't be happier. Roman is very knowledgeable and answers all of your home theater seating questions in a timely fashion. Bottom line, you won't go wrong with the Jives and it was an easy experience purchasing from Roman.

Roman was awesome to work with. He helped us select chairs, make sure they work in our theater room, and helped with post sales support. Great communication. The chairs are outstanding! Super comfy. Look amazing. And with features that usually cost a lot more. We are thrilled with them and would buy again.
