Went out of my way to find this location to find the most inept employee, Mike Lubetkin, which was completely incapable of answering any questions regarding PLUMBING in a plumbing supply house because he’s “ not a plumber”- which he injected in every sentence. You don’t need to be a plumber to know if you sell adapters for a toilet flange, to which he replied, “they should have them at HOME DEPOT!” This man can be replaced by a search engine and a self-pay kiosk. Do better Ferguson!

Couldn’t help me with a replacement part for a morning product purchased there 5 years ago. They said to call mown because they didn’t have the record of our purchase. Terrible customer service.

I can't stand that douche bag in there. not sure what's his name but he knows who I'm talking about. his service is extremely poor, he always have an attitude problem. Chases everyone away I wouldn't recommend this business to no one I'm extremely upset I lost my receipt and I drove 35-40 mins with the same card I purchased this kitchen faucet which it being almost 600.00 dollar. the least he can do is help me find it on the computer print it for me, he says "well it's gonna take me hours there are hundreds of transactions" sound like a little girl!! when I'm giving him the specific date. He refuse and I'm left with broken parts they sold me. They don't do s*** in that store but crack jokes and stand around doing absolutely sh!t last time I'm dealing with this company is and for that douche bag I hope you catch diarrhea motherfucka!!

Needed a set of replacement Kohler valves for older bathroom shower fixtures so I stopped in with a sample in my hand. The guy looked at me like I had 3 heads and said " I've never seen that before", I replied, " So are you telling me you can't help me?" and he just nods. I walked out, googled the part in about a minute at home, and ordered it through another vendor.

I had a very unhappy experience. I had purchased a faucet set from Ferguson. I brought in the tub spout seeking help with an adaptor for a diverter for a hand held shower. It was a replacement for an existing set up. My plumber from Binsky Home Services recommended this company. The clerk said he had never seen a part like the one I brought to the store in his entire life. I was dismissed and told to try Home Depot. I went to Home Depot. Home Depot personel assessed the parts and could not help me but did treat me respectfully. I ordered the part online through Amazon and it came in one day. Some much for local small brick and mortar. Don't waste your time here. This occurred on April 15, 2022. The part arrived April 16, 2022 from Amazon.

I recently visited and was greeted by the girl at the front desk I believe her name was Michele. She was very helpful and quickly answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable in helping me pick out all I needed for my bathroom remodel. I Would definitely recommend .

Waited 1.5 hours for help. There were 3 associates on a Saturday. There must have been 6-7 people waiting for help. They decided that one customer needed 2 associates despite the backlog of customers.

Costumer service is terrible, and be prepair to paid alot of money for the materials. You can find some stuff if u dont have time to go to HD but not alot of stuff...
