Poor customer service from the two associates that were working on 11/6 around 4pm. I recommend trying clothes on in store and buying online for a better experience.

Manager and associate that were there when I made a purchase on 11/5/2023 around 5pm were rude and unprofessional to me in front of other customers.
I plan to return every single item I purchased and I will not be shopping at Fabletics again.

I ordered from Fabletics to give their leggings a try, but I've been charged $60. for four months which is not what I expected. I liked the leggings, but it's unfortunate that they catch you with the ridiculous amount even when you're not ordering. So I really never got a bargain with my first order, and I'm out $240.00. I called to cancel, and was given a 10 minute runaround to finally get the cancellation. I'm obviously not the only one complaining about this, and can understand all the negative reviews.

Since this is a review of my own experience at this place -1 star for the store/place and5 stars for FABletics brand/companyI am a loyal fan of FAbletics clothing and I can say a lot about the quality, and the superb fashion sense injected in their sportswear. But ever since my experience with the sarcastic store associate; I'd rather shop online than go to the Bridgewater store. New younger store associates are fine but there is this blonde lady who has been there for a long time who likes to intimidate customers. It's her way of responding or reacting that makes me frustrated and it is not the first time. I've been to that store nth times and I would notice how she interacts with the customers. Before then, she used to be a jolly lady, but by and by, she is just pouting and frowning? And she sarcastically answer questions. Anyway, As I had said, I will avoid setting foot in this store unless I have returns (or if need arises) but for the Fabletics brand, style and quality.. awesome! (I'm still here as a fan .. but catching up with your styles - online!). If she is the managing person there, she needs to change her style of accommodating customers.

Visited the store today after seeing a bunch of Facebook ads for this company. I tried on the shorts and I have to admit they are some of the best athletic shorts I have ever worn. The price tag was a bit high but I was told about their program, you join and you get a really crazy deal, 2 for $24 shorts and everything else 70% off. I signed up and will definitely be returning. Customer service was excellent at this location, was given recommendations and was even offered to have them order different styles/colors for me that weren't available in store for me.

Had a VIP account, RARELY got the opportunity to use it as 85% of what I want is out of stock when I go to order. Even worse. I spent hours browsing and picking out 6-7 items yesterday into today, tried placing the order, kept saying there was an error but didn't explain ANYTHING as to what the error was against (my credit card?, address?, name?, website?) So I reached out to the customer service (they were kind) just to find out ALL OF THE ITEMS , not 1 or 2, ALL OF THEMMMMMM, were out of stock!!! How do you allow me to put all these items in my cart (all showing available or "low stock" for some), get to a payment and then error out because they're sold out and that info doesn't reflect on the items? If the system knows enough to not process the order because its out of stock, it should update the availability while shopping. This is EXTREMELY poor from a company of this size...... Won't shop with them again since I wont waste my time shopping for items that may not even be there. Disgusting.

Had a membership account. Someone hacked acct, stole 3 months of credit and used my card. Fabletics did absolutely ZERO to help or credit acct. Clothes may be great which they are, but will never step foot in this store or buy another product as they do NOT stand behind customer service. STAY AWAY from VIP mebership. Will get scammed

Staff was nice and all, but the men stock they got there is poor in terms of sizes. What's the point of a physical store if you can't even try your size on and online store charges for returns. Also the music was very loud, I've never experienced so loud music in a store, it felt like being in the club.

Drove 25 minutes specifically to buy shorts from here, looked at googles listed hours and it stated they were open until 9pm. Get there 8:13 and the door is locked and the workers signaled they are closed. Staff is either lazy and wanted to leave early, or management is lazy and doesn’t update online listings hours…

I bought 6 pairs of “the only pants” online and the size was not good for me. This store is approximately 1hr from my home and is the closest one. Just to make sure, before heading I called and spoke with Mark who was in the store and said they had the size I was looking to try on. I told him I would be there in 1 hr. When I arrived at the store, by chance I happened to approach Mark and started asking him about the pants. He immediately realized that I was the customer who called and asked to confirm. When I said that I was he brought me to the counter and showed me the two sizes that I had asked about behind the counter. I did not ask him to put them aside yet on his own he decided to do it. There aren’t enough words to express the gratitude and appreciation I have for Mark! Thank you for taking such good care of me from the phone call until the completion of the exchange. (Mark deserves a raise!)
