Great place, variety of selections and sizes with outstanding customer service. Find a shirt, jacket, or outfit, and they will gladly assist in finding the right size for you. Good inventory of sizes as well. I am very pleased with my selection & purchases.

Visited the Bridgewater Commons Store today. Brian, the sales associate was so helpful and so pleasant. Greeted me with a hello and Happy 4th. ?

Stephanie is absolutely wonderful and kind and helpful. She offered assistance and was very polite. When we inquired for an item's price she immediately checked on it and made sure to print a price tag so any subsequent customers would not be confused. She was extremely pleasant to interact with. We came near closing time but she said she didn't want to rush us (definitely not your typical retail worker). She was just genuinely a kind person. This store was smaller than some other locations so less merchandise and options but I would return to shop at this location for this service.

Used to buy from Eddie Bauer for quality flannels at affordable prices. Those times are gone. I am not paying over 70 dollars for a basic flannel shirt.

Excellent service, staff is always ready to help and have very good customer service skills. Lighting is horrible in dressing rooms making clothes look awful.

If ambience is more important to you than the food, then this is the place for you. I ordered Korean BBQ for appetizer, and they must used the cheapest cut of beef for it, as the meat was tougher than I expected. Then I ordered Maryland style crab cake sandwich. The brioche bun was probably 1 week old, and the crab cake was quite tasteless. I will never go back there again!

Really disappointed in Eddie Bauer. Ordered two pairs of slippers for my twin sons December 16th. Only received one pair. Finally promised a refund for lost pair and ordered another pair with overnight delivery yesterday-not happening. May get within a week. May. Supposed to get refund for overnight shipping but when will I ever get the slippers? Eddie Bauer has no clue. Sorry I placed second replacement order from Eddie Bauer when I could have ordered from LL Bean and actually gotten the slippers. Never ordering from EB again.
