Tried to get my medication here for over a week. Even after getting multiple text messages saying it was ready, when I went to the store in perosn they told me otherwise. Three visits later, 3 days of medication missed and an hour during the last visit I finally have my prescription. (The third time, I was made to drive circles around the drive through telling me just a couple more minutes.) Needless to say I will not be using Walgreens again.

Is it just me or does the pharmacy never answer their phone?? I've called on three different occasions now and my call was not answered any of those times. The first time I waited 17 mins and still no answer. The other two times I gave up after 7-10min waits. Every time I've been there to pick up a Rx, the pharmacist has been very nice. Especially the woman pharmacist. And if it wasn't ready yet, she would do it right away. They just need additional employees to help cover the phones!

Cigna is very helpful , kind and a pleasure to see every time I pick up prescriptions. She helps me with refills, coupons and any questions or concerns I may have. I am very pleased with the service I receive at CVS in target.

As I sit here writing this review, I am currently GOING THROUGH WITHDRAWAL from my medication because this stupid pharmacy cannot get my refills correct! This has been a reoccurring issue with them, in which they want to blame my doctors office, but my doctors office has proof they called in my prescriptions!!!!!

I had the worst experience at your CVS in bridgewater NJ. Your pharmacist Arpita provided me with the worst customer service ever. She refused to call other stores to see if they have medication.
