The worst customer service at the pharmacy. My doctor called in a prescription right in front of me an hour and a half prior, yet they had nothing ready for me nor any record of it being called in. They refused to help me @6:55, because they close @7. It was not yet 7, and all I had to do was get a medication that would have been ready if anyone actually did their jobs for once. Thank you for absolutely nothing.

Corporate needs To pay the employees at the pharmacy more money (moral) or hire more people (help). The staff is often short staffed and often in a bad mood. They have so much work and no help. It’s all about money these big corporations. This makes the employee suffer therefore, it is the customers who also suffer. I never get my medication on time and it’s a pain to get in contact with anybody at the pharmacy.

I had the worst experience at a CVS with a cashier who appeared to be an older Latina woman. She was rude during our whole interaction. When I inquired about her name, she declined to provide it and mentioned she was the manager. To add to my it, she prioritized another customer who arrived after me. This kind of service is disgusting.

A clean, functional, stocked CVS for conveniences. Prime location near 22 and 287. We’ve always had our prescriptions and other medical needs met promptly and politely.Left-hand turns out of the parking lot should be avoided at peak traffic.

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! Besides they are understaffed, they are VERY rude. Waiting time is unbelievable, every time you go there is a massive line. If you need your medication in a timely manner go elsewhere.

I have used this pharmacy for years. However the last few months they have not gotten any of my RX’s correct. When you try to call them you are on hold at LEAST 20 mins. Last call to them they would not take responsibility for their mistakes. They tell you call the doctor or call your insurance. I feel sorry for the elderly that don’t have someone to help them. So unprofessional .
