Horrible customer experience. Employees almost tackled me at self check out cause I did not present them with my card after already showing the card @ the front entrance...to check my self out @ self check out! Sam's club has much more better selection in everything and are not so uptight. Last year with a costco membership

On 6/6/24 I went to get some groceries I decided to use the bathroom , i asked my son to stay with the cart and wait for me , when I came back he wanted to go to the bathroom too and walked towards me to switch the cart , I only had a pair of pants in the cart and one of the guys who was at the self check out came up to my son and grabbed the cart from him so I ask what was wrong and the guy was very nasty acting like my 18 yo was going to steal a pair of pants , I do think that employees there need to have some kind of training on customer service, he kept pulling the cart and walked away with it , I was not going to say anything about it but I decided to put a complaint to the 2 managers behind the counter but I be honest, I don’t think they said anything to the worker , all I ask is for them to speak to the guy about his attitude but I don’t think anybody did , I Buy regularly at Costco but just thinking about the guy and management makes me not want to go anymore, maybe my looks made him think I was going to run out the store with the pants .

not sure what the deal is with this Costco in recent years - constantly moving items around and is getting more messy and disorganized - very limited choices on many items that other costco stores carry readily - i have been member since they opened it - 1st most of the time when i buy the ready chicken it is very under cooked with raw flesh when you open it up, 2nd products keep changing - things i use to be able to buy here are no where in sight - like smoked whitefish in the plastic containers (i have to drive to another Costco to buy that) - where are the cans of mushroom's they use to sell? or deli meats that Costco use to make and sell? where are many things? - there is hope i found a different costco in another town that is well organized, clean, and well lite with much much more variety or products and many things that i have not seen in this one in years the negative is why should i have to drive so far to another one when i have one in the same town i live in! i think someone needs to dump this new manager that is ordering and managing things in the Bridgewater one

The one man who checks the cards as customers walk in was screaming at an elderly man about the cart he had. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Especially towards senior citizens. Show some respect.

Just purchased a Dyson Air wrap, we observed that the box seal was open and immediately notified the person in charge after the purchase, we were assured that it comes like that. Later after opening the fist flap we realized that someone opened the box, since internal contents have unsealed boxes and human hair. It's disgusting Costco is doing such practices.

The store was packed, but as usual, they had everything I went in for. I had a problem with self check out. One of the employees scanned my items into the register. I explained that two of the muffins and a box of fresh pet dog food rolls were a separate order. He rang it all together but removed bagels which neither of us were going to buy, so I don't know why they had been rung up at all. I explained it to him all over again. He said he fixed it, but he hadn't. My daughter's order had two orders of muffins rung up, making her order $10.00 too much, and my order minus 2 packs of bakery Muffins. He then told me to go up to customer service, and they would fix it for me. The whole transaction took about 20 minutes to long.

I’m not sure if every Costco is like this but how it’s arrange to create check outlines going through the entire store where people can’t even shop and get through isles during busy time is ridiculous. I’ve walked out multiple times when the lines are just insane!
The fact that they also constantly rearrange were things are in the store also makes a quick trip impossible.
If it was t for the bulk shopping rates and mostly quality products I definitely wouldn’t continue to be a member, I’m still not sure it’s worth the hassle of their busy time. Best off doing at 9:50am on a weekday for fastest in & out!
