Never buy tires from here. Their warranty is useless. So according to them to replace a tire with warranty for free, you should not have driven with flat tire (makes sense) BUT.. it means if a tire burst then you should stop right there and not even move to the shoulder!!! We moved the car to the shoulder and lost the eligibility to get a new tire. Btw the burst tire was not even a week old - Michelin tires

Great experienced at Costco Tire Center in Bridgewater, NJ. Mr. Bridges, Mr. Anthony and the rest of the staff members were very pleasant and helpful. The whole process of getting 4 new tires was explained in details.

Went there to get my tire rotated and get one of the tire fixed. They told me that the tire was damaged and they have to order another tire for me so I said sure they can do it. One of the person who helped me out told me that it will come in 1 to 2 days because it’s in New Jersey only. I tried calling them and person on the phone was mean the whole time I called couple of times just to check because I didn’t had car to drive since they put a doughnut and I wasn’t very comfortable driving the car with doughnut., one thing I made a very big mistake by choosing disco school tire center because so far I never had same issue with any other tire center. I don’t know why they don’t understand that it’s a service center and there are service providers so they need to know how to talk to customers.

Got new tires here. They did a horrible job at balancing them. Took them to my mechanic who rebalanced and told me two tires were off by 1.25 and 1.75 oz. That is huge. Idk what idiot thought this was okay. To put that into perspective, in cars, you can feel a vibration at 0.25 oz. Also, they didn't clean the inside of my rims when they stuck on the adhesive weights, so they fell off if you touched them.The only pro to the costco tire center is that you only pay for the cost of the tires. But at the same time, the fact that they don't make any profit off installation gives you a really good hint at the level of service you get.My fiance also had a bad experience here. Got 4 tires and 3 got bubbles the next day. They replaced them for free with a different brnad but it seems like they were selling manufacturer defects. Wonder how many people they sold those bad tires to who didn't notice the bubbles.

Wanted to schedule an appointment to get my tires checked out. Called them. Someone answered and immediately put me on hold. Every 20 minutes or so someone mumbles something and puts me back on hold. On hold for around an hour so far. Dude finally answers and is rather rude. Asks me to call back. I said I have been on hold for an hour already. He says "no you weren't"! And then barks "You wanna hold or call back?"Went there to buy a battery on a previous occasion. It wasn't busy. I was the only one in the lobby. I was having a hard time getting the heavy battery off the rack because they were tightly packed on the shelf. Also, I had a visible finger injury. Dude sat behind the counter 2 feet away and didn't offer any help. I got the battery off the shelf and started taking a step towards the said counter. My man holds a hand up in a "hold-on" gesture. Makes me wait for a minute or so holding the heavy battery while he completes whatever he was doing that was so important that it wasn't okay for me to put the battery on the counter.People working here are on some kind of a power trip rude af

Had been going to this Costco years never had an issue.On 11/28 I stood in a lengthy line which is usual they're always busy, got to the cashier and gave him my Costco card, he was rude and said ID so I showed him my ID and he Yelled out loud "security!" Everyone turned and looked at me . I was confused and embarrassed as to what was happening he completely ignored me when I asked what was the issue. The supervisor or whoever pulled my cart to the side stand and said come over here then they started talking to each other not explaining to me what happened until I asked ! They needed to verify if I was on the account or not. ALL that just for that. I was so embarrassed, it's humiliating that being law enforcement myself some cashier called SECURITY on me like if I was stealing something at Costco. Will never be going back to this place! Cashiers think they're entitled to ignoring costumers. Costumers service sucks ! And after all that The supervisor I spoke to said he can only let me buy certain things on my cart!

i had appt at 1:00. I showed up at 12:40. the guy told me it takes 1 hour or 1.5 hours. i comeback at 2:35. they said they havent done it yet, my appt is 2:00. he printed my appt and hand it to me without any explaination. he act likes it's my fault to come back too early. in the paper he gave me, it shows that someone name Bridge updated my appt at 12:51. this is thw 3rd Costco i hqve tried in the area. I give up. I'm done with Costco

I needed to reactivate my account and plus card on 11/09. I was at the Costco location at Bridgewater Promenade in NJ. The initial manager was helpful and Rick at customer service provided excellent service. I was able to complete my purchase. Rick was awesome and let the holidays begin

Absolutely terrible service! I will pay more to deal with a company that actually cares about the customers. I am as easy going as it gets but being put on hold for 45 minutes at a time for a simple questions is not acceptable. I will take my tire service elsewhere.
