I purchased NIKE 6 PK DF PLUS 1/4 SCK-WH from a lovely young gentleman by the name of Colin. He was truly the greatest customer service representative I have ever encountered at any establishment. His business has won me over as a Champs customer for life. This young man deserves every accolade that comes his way, and I truly believe he will become President of the United States of America one day. God bless your soul, Colin from Champs.

I went in to Champs in Bridgewater mall. There was a sign for 50% off items on this rack. There where 6 hoodies on the rack. When I inquired about the price, the two associates told me that there was no discount. I asked why the hoodies where there and not on sale. They told me it was a mistake and put the hoodies back on the 50% off race. False advertising on the part of Champs. Walked out the store and will not return.

Every time I go shoe shopping I always check out champs there selection is hit or miss for me but when it’s a hit it’s a really good selection. The staff is really nice I found some shoes that like but I wanted to check some other stores and they were so nice about holding it to the side. Overall great store and only reason not 5 stars is that they don’t always have a good selection but I really recommend!

Went in to the MENLO PARK MALL STORE on 7/09/2021 afternoon and when my son and I walked into the store two male sales associates were pointing at my son and other patrons coming into the store laughing at them one customer approached the two men and asked for help the one male looked at he made a face and walked away and the other one just told him YEA come on and the person just walked out the store. THIS BEHAVIOR IS UNCALLED FOR. How do you allow your employees to be disrespectful to customers I’ve shopped at champs for years and this store seems to be the problem store it’s not the first I’ve seen this conduct for the employees.

Terrible service. Bought Nike sweatpants in March before the pandemic hit, that turned out to be too small for me. Tried it on once at home, didn't fit, so I wanted to return. Sent numerous emails before the 45-day window ended, listed the order #, saying I wanted to return, and got no response from Champs. I called beforehand recently to make sure that they would give me a full refund. The lady cashier at the store confirmed it was OK. I get to Champs, and the extremely rude manager by the name of Bridget refused to give me a full refund, and I had to settle for Store Credit instead. This was totally unfair as they promised me something and then switched up on me. The manager/associate Bridget is awful and nasty. This place provides awful service. Avoid.
