I don’t know why people giving them bad reviews my appointment was 1 pm I got here in the morning at 8 am their opening time and they started loading my truck and they did it done in 40 minutes at 8:40 I was out very good staff every one so helpful nice and thanks to all and building 4 guys awesome thank to all loading my truck in 40 minutes and 5 hours early

Hm!, well, my time for a review... temperature was over 90 degrees and they wanted me to shut down the truck and wouldn't let me drop to wait outside, which I did anyway, cause it's my health and my dog's, too. I sent $6K to have a perfect a/c, and I'm npt gonna take advantage of it? I understand that fumes kill, but I wasn't gonna stay idling inside the building. Maybe they didn't like that, but I can't afford abuse. Enforcing masks still ? although it's not mandated anymore.My second delivery was done in the back of building without any issues, where docks are outside.

Gofor pick up when you have at least five hours to waste, you have to park your truck at street then go for check in & then wait for their call to get door. Staff is rude & requires all drivers to wear a mask, but the warehouse worker's do not comply with the Rules. Specially lady at check in window ??
