Was in a minor car accident and Britland was an in network shop (State Farm). From the time my car was towed to when I picked it up after repairs, the process was about 2 weeks. Lou kept me informed and updated throughout the process, would definitely recommend!

My whole experience here was great. I dealt with Greg to get my repairs completed. Greg was amazing, he made my whole experience seamless from start to finish. The repair was fast and they went the extra mile to shine up my car. I can’t say enough good things about Greg. Because of him I would choose Britland 10/10 times.

They are a shit show kept my my car for a month still not done with my car.
No matter how desperate you are please don’t go to this place unless you wana wait 2 months for your car and still not done
They are ridiculously unprofessional. No accountability of time or ordering parts on time checking my car last minute and telling me need to wait more
