This was the first time I went into the store, and the staff was extremely friendly. They were not pushy but had great suggestions. They were very knowledgeable about their merchandise. The merchandise was beautiful, and there were so many items to choose from. I will definitely be going back.

Horrible costumer service... I talked to someone today ... no “how are you?”.. Nothing ... VERRY RUDE!! My package was missing and she told me to go outside and look in the bushes ( is this a joke? There is no bushes around me... how can you tell someone something like this..) will never order anything from Brighton.com ... didn’t even say goodbye and enjoy your day... bad experience
