I would give this 0 starts if I could! I asked all the questions about the service I wanted to make sure it would be what I expected. (Vacuuming, services wiped, etc.) I was up sold on a higher service for this (gold) and the basic cleaning was not even done. Car was soaking wet when we left and not cleaner anywhere. Horrible service and even more horrible of an owner. I spoke with him directly and he had nothing but excuses and shrugs at me explaining what I was told about the services. He would not refund even a portion of my excessive payment back. Absolutely the worst car wash and service I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs!

Double charged me, locked my keys inside my car, then told me "your kind shouldn't even be driving".
So that was fun.

My car was washed here last Friday and I was very pleased with the work done. I was so impressed I went back into the store to express my feelings. Nice job guys

I'm very unhappy, I will not be returning to this place and I hope no one goes here again. $30 for swirls in my paint, and my car is still dirty just not worth it overall. Please avoid this place at all cost!!!

First time going that place they did really bad job they don’t clean the car really well is basically they not trying or don’t care about the job but it was a mess not even vacuum the car

i would love to give more stars, but it is difficult, i tried several times, even paid the last time not as montly member, but no a good service. Many of the employees are very very good. Managament should take more action.

Theres only a single vacuum and the garbage cans are all the way over at the cafe. Most people need to clean the inside not outside of their car :/
