I recently had a front brake job done here. The job was done quickly and the brakes are great. The folks at the shop are super nice and accommodating. They even dropped me off at home while they did the job!! Definitely my “go to” guys!!!

The gentleman “T” answered the phone in the second ring, I explained I needed to replace my battery for my Mercedes. From that point on it was a very easy customer experience. I had no surprises and the work was done the same say. Because T made it so easy I didn't shop around I decided to go with Bridgewater Motorworks.

These guys are amazing. My car had check engine light on for couple of days. I went to a different car mechanic and he said it’s timing issue and cannot be fixed until next week. Bridgewater Motorworks took my car in and diagnosed while dropping me at my home and paul had a hunch it’s just oil change and it is. I got my car by evening. Reasonable prices. Thanks.

Had a transmission leak and was down the street from this garage. Very professional operation from when you first walk in the door. They perform a comprehensive inspection and let you know what services need to be done to your vehicle. Diagnosed and fixed my problem within a a couple days. Will definitely return if my transmission or engine act up again! Brough vehicle back a second time and they continue to do an outstanding job. They are an asset to the area. I am definitely a fan.

I have used them three times now, twice for larger and
more complicated jobs. First was an engine replacement in my Silverado(GM 5.3L), second was fixing the incompetence of a mechanic in Gillette NJ who destroyed the gauge cluster, the center display, and the steering wheel controls by ruining the programming in the computer. Every time they were extremely Professional and Knowledgeable in handling the problems that I needed solved! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone.

My Jaguar broke down and I was frantic. I brought it to Bridgewater Motor Works. They really did an awesome job and put my worries to ease. They are honest, thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. I finally found an excellent auto repair shop. Thank you Paul and the rest of the staff. God bless.

Brought my car here for a check engine light diagnosed it and paid 609 wasn’t the correct issue how to bring back and charge me 189 for another Diagnostic fee sucks that I have to pay another diagnostic fee on top of the 609 I already spent

I recently stopped in for an oil change and tire rotation and was greeted by the most adorable well behaved pup! They helped me identify some issues I have been neglecting and got it all fixed up quickly while I had some great coffee and enjoyed some dog snuggles! Highly recommend!!

Bridgewater Motorworks has all of the bases covered from prompt and efficient communication via email inquiries to a courteous staff that answers the phone, and checks in the vehicle for service. They have a nice clean waiting area with windows that allow you to see vehicles being worked on. The work was done in the estimated time frame that they said it would be done in. I was in and out within 30-45 minutes to have my Ford Transit van serviced. Bottom line; excellent service at a fair and reasonable price.
