I contacted the service department because an emergency warning appeared on my screen. They immediately had me bring my car in. Within ten minutes they were able to tell me that the tire was in stock and they would be able to do the repair while I waited. Everyone from the front receptionist to the service manager were amazing! They were very accommodating and quick. We needed the car done for an out of town wedding the following day. I couldn’t have asked for a more dedicated white glove experience.

Picked up a new 2024 X3 from BMW of Bridgewater. Excellent experience with Bill and Monica. Great price and smooth delivery. Love the SUV, perfect size for our needs, and the technology exceeds any other vehicle we have had. Highly recommended!

I have recently worked with Vic at BMW of Bridgewater, again. I respect him as a car enthusiast and BMW expert. This dealership and staff know how to treat customer well. Over the years, they have consistently worked to allow me to get the exact car that I am looking for, in as timely a manner as possible. I completely trust what Vic and the service department tells me (based on years of experience with them). Vic and all of the staff are always pleasant and attentive. This is a family owned dealership and you can feel the excellence that the owner and General Manager strive to attain. I strongly recommend BMW of Bridgwater over any other dealer.

We had a great experience purchasing from this dealer. Robert Long, our Sales Agent, and Robert Haller, our Finance Mgr., were very very nice, helpful & answered all our questions. They are professional, honest and not pushy. We are so happy with our purchase. Their inventories, even used cars, are clean & in great shape. We had been to so many dealers, and nothing compared to BMW of Bridgewater. Very quick transaction as we immediately felt it’s the right deal from a trusted dealer. Highly recommend.

On Wednesday 8/30/23, I got my driver’s side rear rim replaced, & I noticed the car was shaking once I started driving above 30. This went on for three days and it got worse once I drive more than three miles from home. I called a friend and explained what was happening with the car & he told me to get home as soon as possible and check the rim to make sure it was tightened. As you can see from the pictures, I was able to take the screw off with two fingers, and one was missing.I could’ve lost my life or killed someone. I’m now losing two days work(Sunday & Monday) and a write up from my new job because of this dealership’s negligence & incompetence!I drove my mom around on Saturday 9-2-23 in this car, I can’t get a rental or go anywhere for the holiday weekend! They don’t open until Tuesday!

I have no idea why this Bmw doesn't have five stars. I called about a BMW X5 I saw online. I made an appointment and was going to head over in about a half hour to look at it with Manjula (who I highly recommend as a salesperson.)Well, she called me back 10 minutes later and said someone was looking at the car and she would call me back and let me know if they bought it. No bait and switch just a very kind Salesperson.Well, they didn't buy it And I am now the proud owner of the car and a very, very happy Bridgewater BMW customer. I have been having my BMW serviced here for over three years and I've always been happy. Yes, it's no fun to pay a lot of money to have your car serviced but if you get an extended warranty like I did, it's much less painful. Well, not so much initially when you buy the warranty lolIt's a small boutiquey dealer. I like them very much. I'm sure you will too.

Victor was the one who had showed me the car and chaperoned my test-drive. Excellent all around experience and fantastic service, quick and easy without any problems. Cameron was also the one who gave me an inside tour of all the cars features and options, he explained the car perfectly.

Daily updates from Luis were great. The dealership was willing to help with a courtesy car. In general, the newness of the electric car led to challenges in timing with repairs but the dealership had to rely on BMW NA to advise. Only other challenge was that updates stopped when Luis was on vacation so communication went a bit dark until I called and asked. Overall good experience.

Scheduled an early morning appointment with them but they did not look at my car that day. Frustrating because took over a day to fix the issue after they inspected the car and they did not notify me until late afternoon. Inspection was thorough and promptly talked over with service rep the items that needed to be fixed.

I had a great experience working with Monica! It felt like having a good friend be with me throughout the process. Monica was so patient and kind and understanding, especially after knowing I had been in an accident and that was the reason for needing a car. I really appreciate that she went over the Carfax on multiple cars and let me know her honest opinion on things.
