Best Buy customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. A fraudulent purchase was made on my account, which I discovered minutes after it happened. No one was able to remedy the situation after repeated calls and promises of calls back, which never happened. Avoid Best Buy and shop online.

Went to Best Buy to get some thermal paste. The associate that helped me find it was helpful. It wasn’t until I got to the checkout line waiting to pay for my item that the employee doesn’t pay attention to the line and takes a random pick from the line to check out next. Common sense is truly hard to find. Amazon to the rescue with much better prices and smarter employees.
