We bought a microwave oven wall combo unit recently and had a great experience at Barry's. Our salesman, Joe, was super helpful in picking out a unit. He helped in telling us the pros and cons between various units, picking out the right size and answered all the questions we had. The prices are in line with the big box stores, so you get great prices along with great service. The delivery and installation was very smooth as well. Great store and glad we foud it. Will be returning again.

Called Joe, needed a dishwasher installed quickly. He got me a quote immediately and the dishwasher I wanted was delivered and installed right away, and it took very little of my time - which was a priority for me! Thank you!

Stay away from Barry's. I purchased a Speed Queen washer and specifically asked if it would accomodate a queen size comforter. The sales person showed me a comforter in the washer and assured me it would be no problem. While checking out the other sales person was laughing. When I asked why he was laughing at my sales person said "oh he always laughs". Well I now know why. The first time I went to use the washer for a comforter not only did it not fit a twin blanket would barely fit. It the overflowed and water went all over the floor. I tried to contact the store and received no call back. Horrible customer service and they scam the buyer, outright lying, and laugh right in front of their face. I would recommend Adam's in Middlesex or Colonial in New Providence both respect the customer and work with you to make sure your purchase meets your needs. Again - stay away from Barry's!

After you contacted him, he was out that very day and took care of the broken light in the fridge...he even had a replacement in his truck.
