Excellent customer service and the doctors and staff are always super friendly and show great care for our two pups. They provide great service during onsite visits and when we call and have questions. We have been using Banfield for several years for all our vet needs and they have taken great care of our two "fur babies".

I’ve had my issues in the past, but overall they aren’t bad. They are very accommodating and have been very good to my dog

I’ve been taking my dog here for a few years. Always a good experience: the only issue is that they are you to drop off your dog and let them wait for 8+ hrs to be seen sometimes.

Useless vet. And trust me, I’ve had 3 dogs under their care(should have learned the first time). Everytime I try to make an appointment I hear “we are understaff and there’s only 1 vet”. Not just this location… but multiple Banfield locations in the area. I just tried calling to get my dogs TEETH cleaned. I expressed concern as some of her puppy teeth are super close to her adult teeth forming plaque. I was given availability for “May 2024” . Are you joking? For a teeth cleaning? When asked for external resources on where to go or how to clean the teeth better, the woman had no other answer than “just try calling another Banfield”. All in all, why bother having clients if you can’t take care of them or offer useful advice? I will NOT be renewing my membership, as they clearly could care less about my dogs health. Don’t bother to go to them, and for the staff : GO ON STRIKE!!!! This is ridiculous !!!

Decided to post this because they tried to reimburse us the $900 we spent elsewhere but wanted a NDA / no disparage clause just to get our money back. Bad business. My dog was spay’d here - but they only removed one ovary. We know this because a few months after her spay she was had a menstrual cycle. Took her to a different vet to take a look, they needed to spay and sure enough, Banfield left one ovary behind.Complete hack job of a place and their efforts to resolve this with us was a simple take it or leave it. We never got $1 back but we don’t have to be quiet about it either.

Only one vet here. The lady behind the counter was the least helpful of any Banfield I've been to. Very disappointing as someone who pays for the Banfield subscription.

I love my Banfield plan but it saddens me they don't provide more sick visits.

Never bring your pet here. They leave your animal in a cage all day for their drop off appointments. They do not call you to update you. I dropped my dog off here at 10 am and I had to call them at 2 pm to request an update on my dog... they told me would be ready at 4 pm and I came at 4 pm to be told they haven't even started on him yet. So I waited in the store since she told ve he'd be ready in 15 minutes.... another hour goes by (5 pm now) lady told me they are JUST NOW starting on him. This place is terrible. Cancelling membership TODAY. OH and by the way if your pet dies and you have a membership even though they are DEAD. They make you pay for 3 more months. No sympathy. They just want your money and do not care about your pets!!!!!

Go to a real vet. They can never see my dog in even though he is an existing patient. If he has a medical issue I should be able to get him in within a week not a month +. If you can't provide reasonable care for your clients then stop accepting new clients.Found a local vet who actually cares and are able to proactively treat my dog.

Do not bring your pets here. How do you not do a rectal exam when evaluating a dog???? Because of no one performing a rectal exam on my dog Pepper, we did not know he had cancer in his abdomen for an extra two weeks. They said he had a "blood infection" but did not provide us with any results of the blood test. They are super rude and rushed us out the door when my poor dog was dying. We had to stop them from going out the door at 6 pm, because they practically threw the meds at us and said good luck. With no explanation on how to give to him or what they were. My poor baby suffered for an extra two weeks because of you people. Shame on you.

We had to make the hard decision to euthanize our cat yesterday. A few years ago we had to do this same with his sister. Both times the team was supportive of our decisions on how to handle it. We felt heard and appreciated that so much. There was no pressure to do anything we didn't want to. We highly recommend Banfield in Folsom, CA.
